I am very dissapointed in the service , quality of the food. I ordered hamburger meal and cranberry salad . My salad had the stem of the lettuce that shouldn't be in the salad. It was old had slimy lettuce. It is ridiculous you charge $9.00 dollars for old lettuce. My special needs daughter could've choked on that . This wasn't worth the wait of 20 minutes. You wait so long to end up with cold food. I've been to surrounding whataburgers and it's an inconvenience to have to drive further distance to get better quality food. I spoke to the manager and she wanted to get me another salad made. Why so I can have the same thing happen. I've given this place 2 chances and failed again. Don't waste your time or money.
I sat in line for over an hour. I know I should have left like the other 3 cars behind me, but I was curious to see how long it would actually take. I ordered TWO items. TWO!! Sat an hour and a half in line. When I did get my order, it was wrong. I’ve never had such a bad experience in any fast food restaurant.
Went and got a double cheeseburger on my lunch break yesterday with only pickles, got back to work and it had every veggie on it. This happens 9/10 times I come, if I didn’t have such bad food allergies I’d pick it off and move on with my life but I’m tired of this every time I come nearly. If you eat here and use the drive thru, do yourself a favor and check your food before you leave.
The food wasn't even edible. For $10 my food should be good that late in the evening when no one else was in the drive thru. The fries were cold and hard, couldn't eat them and my chicken sandwich had gross wilted lettuce on it, no tomatoes, no pickles like it was supposed to have. It was absolutely disgusting. I was so hungry after getting off work, but I completely lost my appetite. The workers were being loud and playing instead of doing their job of making sure food is satisfactory at best. Trash, I'll never eat there again. I would like my order refunded, but I'm sure no one will read this, just like they didn't bother to answer the phone.
Absolute last time to this store. Entire restaurant smelled like burnt fryer oil, everything was either undercooked or cold. No quality control, a dozen 17-23yr olds running the show. Hole in cup leaked all in the bag. Over $50 spent and half thrown away... Never again.
If your the owner of this store, you should be ashamed!
This is the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I only even come here still because of its location and how close it is to my house. It doesn’t matter if there is 0 people in the drive thru line or 5 people, they are going to take an ungodly amount of time getting your order out. This place needs new staff and some new management CLEARLY. I only gave 1 star because I had to.
My burger was simple. A #1 with cheese and mayo. They made my burger wrong, and gave me old cold fries. I’m not even exaggerating. They have that texture of reheated fries but came cold.
Don't order online. You won't get the correct food. Also don't order curbside bc you will have to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes and when you do get your food it's wrong and soggy. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN A ROW. I call the manager and all he said was I'm sorry do you want me to remake it and you come back to get it. No bro. I live across town. I want you to make sure my food is right in the first place.
