I had to wait for them to open, to someone else, first. I'm not angry. I'm not upset. I'll still eat there, again. Hopefully... Their service is better, next time.
Employee at window is dry as hell... no greeting just what do you want i don't care attitude.. I canceled my order and left do not want to be eating food from an establishment who doesn't train their staff properly to maintain a welcoming environment I get it's fast food but If this is the quality whataburger wants to deliver as an experience then so be it won't be getting my money tonight 0 stars if I could. Leaving disappointed and In a worse mood. I called the store and spoke to the shift on duty and told them about my experience, told them if they could reapproch their plan so other customers didn't experience what I did. And she said "she'll try"... we're not spending our hard earned money for you to "TRY" step it up seriously
Had the sweet and spicy combo today. Sprite tasted weird opened it up and brown stuff was floating all in my drink. It’s clear they don’t clean the drink machine . I threw the rest of my food away because what else don’t you take the time to clean … disgusting .
When I pulled up to the speaker there was no greeting the employee said "what fo you want?" and at the window there was no greeting either just asked for the money. There is no customer service at this location they need to change that or bussiness will go down
The staff here is unbearable. Always take forever to order, takes forever to receive order then the food is literally slapped and smashed together. I ordered the whatachickin and they barely had ANY lettuce in the sandwich and just smeared a glob of sauce inside and outside all over the sandwich. Done...
I give them a three. Whataburger is best known for their burgers and shakes and you can never get a shake at this place. This has been going on for a year now. First no one knows how to work the machine then the machine broke last year and they are still ordering the machine. This is awful, because
I have to drive to Humble just to get A WHATABURGER SHAKE!!!!! Don't get me wrong the burgers are great but you need the shake to wash it down. Now the fries are not being rotated because they taste old and freezer burned.
Bought breakfast for the guys at work. Spent over 100 Just to unpack everything and find out all the hash browns and two orders of biscuits and gravy were missing. Do better whataburger ????
People are nice unless you try to correct them on how many tomatoes and pickles are supposed to be on a Whataburger. My biggest complaint is that the kids working here just don’t read the orders closely. For example, if you add two pieces of extra bacon to a breakfast bowl that’s supposed to be four pieces total. Or if you say large drink they ask you twice what size drink you want. They totally ignore the extra you spent and you get the minimum. That’s the slogan for this location….”bare minimum to keep my job.”
