I have to say , it's been a long time since I've had such a wonderful drive thru experience. Tristan I believe, AMAZING! I didn't have to repeat not one item in my order of four combos. And when I got home my order was correct 100%. I'm truly am amazed. Thank you so much Tristan for your great service, listening skills and customer service.
Wichita Falls, TX has three locations in this small town. This location in McNeil is quite busy, each day. The lunch rush begins at breakfast. Today, is no exception. The parking lot and drive-thru are full.
The inside dining area had plenty of seating for a crowd of people. It was clean and tidy.
The drink area was fully stocked and clean. Nothing to complain about here.
Today, we had a good seat near the window. The table was clean and so was the floor area beneath the table.
Our food was delicious, made exactly as we ordered. It was prepared fresh and delivered to our table hot and fast.
The dining room guest associate delivered our meal, made certain we had napkins, ketchup, salt and pepper. Later, she revisited our table to check on drink refills and take away our trash.
We ordered the Patty Melt Burger meal on regular buns, with fries, and a drink.
Also, we ordered the Sweet N Spicy meal, junior sized, onion rings, and drink.
If you haven't tried their fried pies, please, give them a try. They are so good! Crunchy and made fresh to order. I had appple fried pie. Too hot to eat and had to let it cool down, first.
Both our meals were delicious! Tasty! Freshly made and hot.
We had an enjoyable dining experience at this Whataburger location.
Food was okay. Had 4 people order and all of it was a mess. We did catch them at 3 in the morning and they were unprepared. There was some police in the parking lot that had them pretty distracted as well. May be good on anywhere time, just had a bad experience.
Whataburger used to be my go to fast food place, not anymore! The past few times I've been there the food has been horrible the burger is super cold, the cheese isn't melted, and the fries are cold. They messed up my order for one person and nobody was in the drive thru besides me so I don't understand how you could mess that up, then the lady at the window didn't say a word to me, very unprofessional. I won't be back until yall get your stuff together.
Employees aren't allowed to use cleaning products to mop the floor, only hot water. HIGHLY Unsanitary!! Piss is left on bathroom floors. They reuse sauce packets and cups that fall on this same unclean floor. DO NOT COME HERE. Many orders go out without every item and they do NOT care and will tell customers they have everything.
The last few times food is just not the same. Today we order here our burgers are soggy and sloppy and looked like they were just thrown together. Fries are not cooked all the way. Use to love this place but no any more. We won’t be going back to place.
Visiting Whataburger, I never expect a 5-star dining experience, as it's clearly fast food. However, my recent trip to this location left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, the tone of the staff seemed less than welcoming. While I can't say for certain, it felt like they were bothered by my presence.
Placing my order was frustrating. Despite being a simple meal, I had to repeat it three times. It was unclear whether they couldn't hear me or if the establishment was just very busy. This interaction left a sour taste, further compounded by overhearing the staff's frustration with another order through the window. It felt unprofessional and careless.
When I finally received my order, the staff member who handed it to me was more pleasant, though the interaction was brief. For such a short visit, I would have expected a quick, pleasant experience. Instead, the wait time was average, but my order came without napkins and no offer of ketchup, regular or spicy.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. It seems I'll have to start driving to the other Whataburger across town for a better experience.
Dive thru. Got my order right and my food was still hot. I know that’s the standard but I can’t help but give a top review because other establishments can’t get that right. Looking forward to my next visit.
