Very poor customer service!!! Workers walked by for 10 mins plus just looking at the customers. Again very poor customer service at this location 12:45am
During my initial visit to a Whataburger establishment, I noticed the logo's resemblance to the superhero moniker "Wonder Woman." Upon entering the restaurant, the service representative demonstrated commendable efficiency and courtesy in processing our order, resulting in a swift and seamless transaction.
Following payment and seating, our food was promptly delivered to our table within approximately five minutes. This level of service is uncommon in fast food establishments within California, making it a noteworthy experience.
The cleanliness and sanitation standards of the establishment were evident upon observation.
Regarding the burger, while it was generally satisfactory, the meat was slightly dry. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was positive.
In conclusion, I would consider returning to Whataburger in the future. This establishment meets the standards expected by a Californian consumer.
Went here late at night and went through drive through. There was a line but ordered one of the specials - bacon blaze jalapeno double combo.
We got it quick and person at drive through was very accommodating.
Burger was really good - and fries were good ( not salty).

Service was super slow and crappy. My daughter ordered a #7, found a hair in her food. And my daughter had her hair pinned up like she always does so it wasn't hers. Also we got charged for a cookie that we did order but did not receive. I ordered a root beer as I usually do, they gave me a carbonated water that tasted horrible and then they said they don't have rb. Worst service I've ever gotten at wb.
When I arrived at the drive thru the gentleman was quick to take my order and I had to add that I wanted jalapeños. My daughter also said the cookie was hard . Probably old. I also asked for spicy ketchup upon paying. I was leaving and I didn't get my ketchup and no jalapeños. Was he even listening to my requests? Mind you, no cars in the line either.. a bit frustrating. No friendliness either . Employee need to be trained here. Evening on a Thursday.
Update. Horrible service . Late night we got in the wrong lane. we had to get in line again behind 2 cars. What's the big deal. It wasn't busy we made a mistake. Could have let us stay on lane B and waited for our food now have to wait 10 more min for our meal. This is ridiculous.
I like their grilled-chicken sandwich, but they seldom make it perfect, but this time, they came close.

Gone give me my food looking like this and not think I want a refund ? Crazy. Then the manager Elizabeth had employees related messages to me when it should’ve been her & gone tell me she not gone remake my food , she would only remake the fries then I asked for a refund she said no . She was rude from the jump , like be fr nobody want to eat no sloppy cold food .
I recently visited this Whataburger location and ordered 3 meals, only to receive 2 packs of ketchup for all of us to share. When I requested more ketchup, the employee called her manager, an African woman, who rudely stated that they
were limiting (managing)ketchup distribution and would only provide me with one extra pack for my 3 meals. Despite spending nearly $40, the treatment I received was unexpected. This incident occurred on Sunday night at 8:44 p.m.
