Moved here from the west coast so I’m used to in n out but quite honestly this place is a lot better! The fries are fantastic. Delicious shakes. And the burgers are just bigger and more delicious!
The sandwich I get is only six ingredients and they still manage to mess it up every time no cheese and no mustard this time if their want the only place available in Yulee at night I wouldn’t go here staff was rude and unable to put in a simple order except for the girl who passed out the food
First time at a Wataburger. Overall good experience. Clean, A/C, bathrooms, pleanty of parking. I had the Whataburger double meat. Good burger, but way to much for my stomach.
So the first time I came they got my sandwich wrong I called the lady said they'd replace my sandwich when I came back to get my sandwich replaced the lady didn't write me down in their book so I was told I couldn't get my sandwich replaced so I was going pay for my sandwich again but I asked the lady if it was going to take more than 30 minutes (because you know most ppl only get a 30 minute break) and she laughed at me and said yeah. So I left. I came today and got a sandwich I sat in line for 10 minutes to get Luke warm food. Although the people in there are much nicer than the last time. I probably won't be giving them any more of my money or time.
***EDIT*** I ENDED UP THROWING UP ALMOST EXACTLY 6 HOURS AFTER EATINF HERE, MY HUSBAND WAS ILL SHORTLY AFTER ME. We all had chicken strip meals, my kids were the only ones to not touch their chicken and were the only ones to not get sick.

Whataburger corporate offices...please terminate the franchise agreement for this location. Please.
I'm from Texas, grew up with Whataburger, never ever had bad food from any location. We were on our way back home to the Savannah area when to my surprise I saw the sign for this location. We should have just walked out as soon as we walked in, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. We were there around 6:30pm on Sunday the 17th.
- dining area disgusting, almost every table dirty, trash so full the swing flaps would not close.
- 1 out of 2 bathroom stalls was horrendous, feces every where.
- out of Texas toast.
- sweet tea tasted like something you'd be served in a northern state lol did not taste sweet enough to be Whataburger sweet tea.
- chicken strips were bitter from being over cooked and old.
- THEY KNOWINGLY GAVE US COOOOOLD GRAVY, AND CLEARLY SCRAPED THE LAST TINY BIT IN (see pic, that is exactly how it was given to us, two cups exactly like this, we were missing a third gravy for my kid's food presumably because they were out). When I went to the counter to show them that the cups had almost no gravy and that it was cold the guy said "oh yea I'm making more right now". Five minutes later we finally got some fresh, but only one cup filled halfway when we were supposed to have three.

Now six hours later I'm sitting in bed feeling nauseous, so I'm sure the little bit that I ate is making me sick ????
My fav Whataburger to come to. They always get my order correct and offer genuine friendliness. My boyfriend make a mistake when ordering my food, but Alan at front counter fixed it for me! He seemed like the busiest employee there jumping around doing a little but of everything.
Drove 3 1/2 hours to have lunch with my parents, and my dad wanted Whataburger. Have not been to a Whataburger Since I visited Oklahoma, did not realize there was one in Florida. Very Large portions, I don't believe any of us finished our burgers. Affordable and friendly customer service.
The food was fresh but there was a bit of a wait for the food to come to our table. They were moderally busy but for the amount of staff working, service should've been faster. We ordered the jalapeno burger, the triple burger meals with a side of large onion rings. Everything was served hot and the burgers are HUGE. If you're not a mustard lover, be sure to request no mustard or very light mustard because both burgers were drenched with mustard. I also ordered a cinnamon roll but we were to stuffed to give it a try. However, it looks very tasty and will be great after a 30 sec microwave warm. We will visit again because with the size of the burgers, the kids will be full for a number of hours.
