The drive-through service was expeditious and effective in preparing our meals. The staff member provided a sufficient quantity of napkins and condiments. Overall, the transaction was conducted smoothly and efficiently. However, the exterior of the building could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep.
honestly they always give me the right food, but if I ask for more than one sauce (which, one is charged for) 9/10 they forget it. but the staff is great. i understand whenever lines are long and stuff, no complaints on that. i'd say just check to make sure they give you all your sauces :) also i got the whatawings for the first time, they were mainly just a bunch of small crunchy pieces and i realized their whatawings are just the pieces of chicken strips that weren't adequate enough. i can't even be mad ????
I've been to this Whataburger quite a few times to give a fair review...First off, out of a total 6 sandwiches only 2 where sorta fresh(meaning the cheese actually melted)..the food was warm and the fries were hot. Half of my visits the sever handed my food in an upset manner talking to me with their back turned walking away at the same time stating "someone will be around shortly with ketchups"..it took 10 minutes by which I had already finished my food.. luckily, there was a ketchup pack already left by another guest that I used or else sadly I would've been out of luck...one of my visits I order 2 double meat with cheese. Only one of them had both slices required to make the burger actually taste like a double cheese burger.. the other only had one and you could barely taste the cheese. During this same visit the coke was tasting low on flavor and the Meer utterance of this to the front desk was meant with disbelief they had to "check for them selves" which took 5 minutes.. other than the employees having more fun policing for homeless and actually severing their guest this whataburger needs some work
I love this place. The staff is fast and friendly, the food is hot and fresh, the restaurant is clean and tidy. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it doesn't matter. You can't go wrong when you drop in! If you're lucky, you'll run into Eddie, Nena or Andres at the counter. They'll make your day!
Requested extra buffalo sauce and got the opposite seemed to get more mayo ????????♀️ , I get it we’re human we make mistakes but when I was there it wasn’t busy no line in drive thru , at least take the time to read through orders

Just got back from returning an order that was mistakenly taken. Savannah was awesome not only did we get the salad that we originally wanted but we got a fresh hot chicken patty with a surprise we weren't expecting. ????????
Before my flight back home to Chicago on 4-20-23, I sought my final meal in San Antonio. I happened to find it at a San Antonio-based fast food institution, Whataburger.
Because it was my first time at a Whataburger and there were plenty of items on the menu that I was considering, initially, I did not know what to order. That was solved by the very friendly order taker, Peggy. She suggested the Patty Melt, which was one item that I considered getting. I accepted her suggestion and ordered the Patty Melt combo. The sandwich was so delicious that I returned to Peggy's register to order a second! Although the taste of my meal was pleasant and enjoyable, the friendliness of Peggy and the other employees on duty at the time made my visit even more enjoyable! I will return to this Whataburger location during my next visit to San Antonio.
Food came out surprisingly fast until I released its cold. The dude who feared ketchup then screamed “heard” when I asked for spicy. I guess he forgot what he just heard because he immediately sat down at the north next to mine and chatted with his friends.
