My boneless wings had very little sauce. Not surprised seeing how cruddy their Clanton location is, I don't know why I expected better.
Having a crazy experience on Mother that Mother's Day at another Whataburger somewhere far from here, they could not make me a carb free basically no bread sandwich I was in all, but anyhow, this place knocked it out of the park. They did Bacon, but that's OK. I went back in. They made it for me. I appreciate you guys. This is very delicious and healthy for me.
I have gained some weight back muscles coming back and I'm losing weight and fat thank you thank you thank you. This is perfect.
Ordered a chicken biscuit, got a biscuit with a very small chicken tender only big enough to cover half of the biscuit. Spoke to the manager and she said their rules are they’re only allowed to put one chicken tender on the biscuit. Complete rip off could only eat half a sandwich
My husband and I stopped here on our long drive through Alabama. We placed a pickup order to keep our stop brief. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. However, the best part of the experience was the phenomenal customer service. On future road trips, we will definitely be stopping at this location again.
Have never had their breakfast. This particular store has below average ratings, but was traveling early and gave it a shot. Front counter had nobody at it. After five minutes drive thru employee finally noticed me. She came out and discovered for some reason she didn't have access to that register and without word disappeared around the corner. Two minutes later the actual manager appeared and took my order. Manager was nice and food was prepared quickly. There were no straws in the dispenser when I got my drink. Food was good and a good value.
Wife went there and had to wait for an extended period for her order and when she asked the person said they messed it up and had to remake everything. Got home, burger was not what was ordered and the food in general was not good. The only thing worth eating were the fries. Not going back. No improvement since last year and two strikes is all you get.
Ordered a jalapeño cheddar sausage, egg and cheese biscuit (just like I always do back home in TX), but here, the biscuit had been sitting around for way too long because it was HARD. Not to mention the fact that someone either put a ton of salt on the egg, or y'all just get garbage sausage because it was too salty to eat. VERY NASTY AND INEDIBLE. I can see why y'all were empty. I guess I should have taken that as a sign.
Just awful. There was one car in front of me to order. After I ordered, there were 3 cars in front of me. 37 minutes after I got in line, I had my food. My incorrect order, pitiful burger (which was as thin as a piece of deli ham) and cold fries. One combo and one kids meal and $18. I wouldn't leave a bad review if this was our first visit, everyone has an off day. But, this is my 3rd time there and I've never been in the drive-thru less than 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. We will never be going back. Keep running it this way and it will be yet another Prattville fast food restaurant to go out of business. Y'all have to fix this.
