I pulled up to the drive thru at 2:55 I did not leave til 3:35 all I ordered was a chicken biscuit and it took them that long to get it. Then when I finally get home and get to eating the dam biscuit is as hard as rock like wow I waited that long for a freaking biscuit to be rock hard. Insane they need to do better I see why this location has the reviews it does
I'd like to compliment the manager Brenda.. She is professional and kind and courteous really goes out of her way to make sure that everyone has the right orders prepared the right way.. Shes just an amazing employee.. today I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Whataburger which is how I encountered Brenda.. She went above and beyond to make sure that my mistake did not ruin my whole day ..Thank you so much Brenda..
This location messes up our order EVERYTIME we come here. Today the fries were old/not hot. And the receipt clearly says no mustard. I open my burger and it’s covered in mustard. We avoid this location because of bad experiences here but since it’s 5 mins from my job I decided to give them another chance today…. I shouldn’t have. There is probably a good reason why chick fila next door has 30 cars in ther driveway at lunch time and whataburger has 1. If you’re reading this review thinking of going here…. DONT.
Wondering what happened to this family owned Texas icon. Stopped at this Whataburger on my way home on a friday afternoon around 3pm, to treat my 3 year and 5 year olds grandkids to some fries. A Whataburger employee just walking into restaurant door ahead of us told us only drive-thru was open; I asked this employee if it would be possible for my 3 year granddaughter to use the restroom, she kindly replied she would need to ask manager. She speaks with manager, while holding door open, manager looks at us through window while standing inside and says no, that only drive-thru is open. So we had an emergency sanitary break in the Whataburger parking lot.. Perhaps this particular restaurant location has experienced a lot of crime to the point they are now unable to provide service during the day or trust any customers needing assistance to come in..

Trash quality, service and time. Tell me why I order online and still wait over 20 minutes for my food that isn’t even warm? Look at my time stamps. I gave this place a 5 star previously. Doubt I’ll come here again.

There was a couple there checking on their order, her receipt said she ordered at 8:47 and they barely got their order when I got mine.
This is a better Whataburger. Decently quick service in the morning!
They hooked it up for the teachers this year!
Ordered via UberEATS. We requested condiments and didn't receive any. No napkins. No utensils for our salad. Salad was placed in a bag with hot food on top. No stickers with mods (which Whataburger is known for). Poorly wrapped. large fries were not full. Not the Whataburger quality we know and love.
Love Whataburger. My husband and I come to this location because it’s closest to us. Months ago the service used to take a long time, but recently it seems management might have changed or something, everyone is having (what I can assume) a better work flow system. Still needs some work, but I’ve seen improvements. People look less stressed. Aaron was working in the drive thru lane outside, and he did an excellent job balancing two lanes at once taking on such a big task, he deserves a raise that’s a lot for one person, definitely should have someone help.
Take so long to get food at the drive thru.. Doesn't matter what time of day.. Morning, noon or evening, there will be a 20 min wait for a #1 with a soda.. Not worth the wait. Go across the street to better service.
