The service was pretty decent, but the food quality was very poor. Our burgers were overcooked, which made them extremely tough to chew. The French Fries were fried extremely hard as well. We didn't send it back to due getting back on the road to travel out of town.
The woman who serviced me was absolutely amazing and sweet. She let me take my time and answered all of my questions. Truly a grand experience for my first time. She even gave me a little sticker. How cute!
This has got to be the worst Whataburger in Shreveport. EVERY TIME we try to go to this location, it always takes at least 30 minutes to get your food. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not. Then half the time, it’s not even right. I’ve tried and tried to give this place a chance cuz my kids love it, but NEVER AGAIN.
I’m just gonna tell you right now. This is literally gotta be the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. I’m definitely gonna call corporate no matter how much time it takes. Doesn’t surprise me, but the staff does not care. They will get your food wrong and takes at least 30 minutes regardless of the busy time or not. I get that this is Shreveport, but this is really sad. Will never be back to this location.
Waited 20 minutes to receive cold burgers missing ingredients. Not even lukewarm, actively cold to the touch with unmelted cheese. Staff was not super helpful or receptive. Can't do a refund if you order online and they weren't in a hurry to reheat or remake the barely edible burgers. We are on a road trip so we couldn't go home and microwave it, big waste of time and money.
Stopped here with a coupon for a BOB (breakfast on a bun) . I don't go out for breakfast often , but was glad that I decided to on this morning . The young lady at the register greeted me and took my order . She friendly and very helpful . She even told me that my coffee would be free too . Don't know if it's because I am a senior , but for whatever reason I certainly appreciate it . The order was prepared quickly and the sandwich was really good . One of the workers brought my breakfast to me at the table where I sat to drink the coffee . I was glad to see that they had real creamer instead of the cheap powder .
My experience at this Whataburger was very pleasant and I expect that I will return to enjoy their food again .
I ordered a sweet & spicy bacon burger which comes with grilled onions as shown on their menu. I received this burger which almost appears as a regular double meat cheeseburger. I ordered this burger because it is usually more flavorful than basic burgers, but to my disappointment it barely had any sauce in it & no onions. Very inconvenient & frustrating for me on my hour of lunch. ????
It was an ok fast food burger. I found the patty to be over cooked and dry. The toppings were fresh but scarce. The brioche bun was very fresh and delicious. I’m not going to be thinking about going back anytime soon.
