Horrible service here. Will not be returning. The line was super long and managers did not even help out. They gave me a broken cup which leaked all over. When they saw that it was leaking they didn’t even help. Good luck coming to this whataburger
Do not order onion rings or curbside from this Whataburger. This is my second time doing curbside at this location and both times took forever. This time it was over 30 minutes past the “estimated ready time”. Never got anything so I had to get off to get my food and saw my name on their big screen in red saying 30 minutes since arrival. Mind you if they were busy I would understand but they didn’t seem that busy. On top of the long wait my onion rings were completely burnt as if they were sitting there all day and dunked in the fryer like 3 times.
We ordered online and our order was still wrong. We enjoy Whataburger so much but they just need to pay a little more attention when bagging the food orders that's all.
I have a sausage egg and cheese through the drive-thru. It was filling but it lacked flavor. The egg had more flavor than the sausage.
Ordered on their app. Got home and got this. Order was all wrong and my burger looked like they just threw the ingredients on the bun. Worst order ever. We ordered almost fifty dollars worth of food. And it was terrible. Will definitely not come back to this whataburger ever again. They should be ashamed for preparing this order.
We came to eat here and I wasn't really hungry, my burger had a small tear on the bread but nothing too bad it was still eatable but I took a bite and knew i wasnt hungry so was gonna wrap it back-up and just take it home to eat it, well Mr. Joseph the manager saw my burger as he was walking around greeting all the customers and asking if everything was ok, approached our table and asked if I would like my burger redone... I said no its ok because it wasn't so bad and was gonna take it home, he insisted that he would really like to have my burger remade so I said ok that's fine no problem and he had that burger done Stat and it was one of the best burgers I have seen and tasted... all places need more Mr. Joseph's on their teams, as he is such a kind and gentle man... Very much appreciated and his service and welcoming manner is very heart warming to say the least, whataburger yall have a great man on your hands ????????????????
Ordered 2 chicken strip combos, which normally comes with gravy. DID NOT, come with gravy. if things have change, cashier did not ask if I wanted any. Very disappointed with this location.
