Customer service is fine, they are friendly. Dining area is clean nearly all the time, sometimes tables just need a quick sanitary wipe ( customers don't wash their hands, those w/out shelter use facilities etc) Coffee temperature is lukewarm. I was given a cup full of granules ????
I usually don't like leaving bad reviews. But I felt like the service could of been better. Don't get me wrong...it was a Friday and probably low on staff. Just could of inform me. Sorry if you could park...and we will get your order to you shortly. I was in the windows for 15 minutes. I eventually turned my car off because of the long wait...and they got my order wrong...and the soda was gross. It tasted like soap. I don't know why. Maybe next time. Try to make sure you let someone know and be more diligent. I get fast food places are high pace places and it's a lot of work. Just if anything...if it's running super slow. Just drive away.
Whataburger you did us wrong for this. I know things don’t come out as picture perfect as advertised but you can at least sauce the wings correctly. Same order first pic with out flash and the second one with flash for reference to show how DRY they were. My baby could have probably ate them and not notice there was even sauce on them.Stick to making burgers.
Service is usually rude and the food is a 50/50 chance that it's fresh, soda machine is always having issues and the soda taste nasty and they don't even inform you that it's not working, they basically watch person after person taste that nasty soda. They don't offer any from the drive thru and if someone ask them for some from the back they get more attitude.

Went through the drive through line and had to repeat order a few times. Once we actually paid we came to find out the order was wrong prompting me to have to pay AGAIN to make the correction. Asked for a sweet tea and was promptly given a carbonated drink. I asked her about it before she argued for a brief moment and then said it was her mistake. Then I get home to see the worst and furthest recreation of the chili cheese fries shown on drive through menu. I knkw it’s not gonna look EXACTLY like the picture but when your paying 6 dollars for the fries there has tk be some limits in terms of how off the product will be. The girl obviously had no clue what she was doing but I refuse to be rude to service people as it’s hard and no one wants to work. And she is t the one who actually made my food so I can’t be too pissed at her. But come on! I give great detail when I have positive experiences and this will be no different. Whataburger needs to do better. And I feel since McDonald’s menu started creeping up to equal their costs, there isn’t an incentive for them to do better. It’s sad
Delicipus!! Made to order outstanding Burgers & Sandwiches, Fountain Soft Drinks all refillable. Burgers never sit under heated lamps. Popular with every age & beats all (supposed) competitions burger joints.
Great place to eat .Especially cause it's open 24 hrs.Sometimes we're so been it's convenient to eat or pick up our food there.
