Excellent service from Joey who was very helpful!
They need a small menu posted on the countertop for those elderly who can’t read the menu on the wall. Thankfully Joey was able to help me figure it out.
Didn’t find the burger was anything to really rave about except that it was freshly made, which is a plus. I ordered the #1 Whataburger
The burger comes with lettuce tomato onion and pickle with mustard on one side of the bun and the other side of the bun is plain. If you want extra mustard it will cost you $.43 but ketchup was free?
Another employee brought my tray with no napkins. She doled out the ketchup for my french fries as I watched.
Onions on the burger are chopped and fall off easily.
French fries are served with the #1 Whataburger, they were not hot but they weren’t entirely cold either. Lukewarm french fries are not tasty though.
Overall the visit satisfied my craving for a hamburger and was made exceptionally pleasant by their employee Joey who went out of his way to be helpful and should be commended for his excellent customer service. Disclaimer: I do not personally know nor have I ever met your employee Joey.
Food was fresh and hot...Drinks also cold and refreshing. Just long wait for c Whatawings special(BOGO)
I hardly ever leave reviews, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due!!! I just went through the drive thru at this location and they absolutely killed it! Ken took my order and he was kind, relatable, and fun! My food was incredibly fresh and delicious. I am pretty bummed that I live on the other side of town. Otherwise, I’d come to this Whataburger every day just from how awesome this experience was! Keep up the great work!!!
I came back from spending 40 dollars and about 25 minutes in the drive thru, I told the cashier at the microphone no sauce, I told the person at the window no sauce, and when they handed us the bag I said hey it has no sauce right? And each time they said yes no sauce no sauce no sauce on this one sandwich. Also they forgot straws and got irritated when we asked for them before driving away and they handed us like 7 straws. They didn't care they didn't attend to our needs and they didn't listen
I can't give a neg review this is crazy how bad the food was when ordering by app. I was right in there too- they are obviously staging food too long and the whatasauce is so thick it looks like cheese. And the grease is old has a bad after taste on the onion rings and chicken - couldn't believe all Whataburger arent the same- drive to 59th for the best food and service it makes me wonder what else was done to my food.
The store we impeccably clean. It was fully staffed with friendly workers. The manager on duty was full of energy and provided great service! Our food came out in a timely manner, was brought to our table and was fresh and nothing in the order was messed up. Perfect experience!
Glenn was a treat tonight! She told us to have a “lovely night” and she was such a delight! She helped us order and let us take our time and felt like a friend ❤️ the food was so fresh and yummy! We had the best time! Thanks guys!
I understand this place gets busy but they have great management and great staff. They all work hard to ensure order accuracy and timeliness. Great location.
