Been to plenty of whataburgers.. so when I'm back in Texas I try to get my fix surprisingly THIS JAWN was great, I mean the food was hot, fresh, seasoned perfectly and came out pretty fast.
My experience at Whataburger in the International Airport in Houston was consistently delightful. I ordered their jalapeño burger with fries and a drink, and as always, it did not disappoint. The burger was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice from the jalapeños, and the fries were crispy and delicious. I absolutely love this place for its reliably great food and quick service. Even in a bustling airport setting, the staff was efficient and friendly, ensuring I got my meal promptly. Whataburger continues to be a favorite of mine for its tasty offerings and excellent service.
I found the pricing excessively high, and the service unfortunately quite slow, even though I was the only customer. The staff appeared preoccupied, on their phones and standing around, and my order of a three-piece chicken tender meal, which cost over $17.00, took 20 minutes to prepare.
Just reviewing, I feel like all fast food has its ups and downs. But when I worked their there was 100% favoritism. I got a lot of workload because they "knew" I'd do it but since I couldn't fill in for every single call out I wasn't getting paid as much as anyone else. Once management changed I'd like to believe the store changes but from employees who still work there the customers, the stress isn't worth it, pays a bit better though for fast food.

Speedy service great service and delicious stop by on your way to your next flight the speedy service is a plus when you have connecting flights order and in 5 mns you will have your piping hot order.
Burger was excellent and hot, fries and onions rings were freshly made. Whataburger always tastes better in Texas.
Busy airport location. Line is always long, but moves fairly quickly. The wait for food is longer than ideal when needing a fast meal. The employees were not unkind, but lacked any sort of smile and connection with customers.
Food temperature was too cool for food that should be coming out hot of the grill/fryer. Fries sure lose their mojo when they are cool like that. Chicken sandwich was good taste, but again too cool.
So delicious!! I flew in from NY had a layover in Houston while on my way to Corpus so I decided to try the “Whataburger” everyone recommended to me. It was absolutely delicious I wish they had a location in NY A new favorite for me for sure!
