Generally a 4 star experience. I feel like the excessive wait, while expected, is unwarranted. No one goes to Whataburger for a fast meal, sure. But it's just so excessive.
The food has become meh, but still goodish. I meant to take a pic of the burger, but forgot lol.
This location is definitely one of the more clean WB's that I have seen. Though the menu in drive thru had some items that are incorrectly priced. The sandwich only and whatameals are swapped. I am not that person to take advantage of the issue (must honor posted prices) but there are a lot of people that will.
So I ordered my meal and forgot to order a extra cheeseburger for my chick, so I order it and paid again. But when I got my food NO cheeseburger? and it was put on the same order. If the workers here could stay off their phones & quit running back and forth to the bathroom maby they could do their job. The guy running the register had no idea what he was doin and hollers for help, the guy doing fries comes over and pushes some buttons and fixes the prob with his plastic Fri gloves on the whole time then he goes back to the fris with the same gloves on and goes back to work. I mean really? U guys are not only slow but you are unsanitary to boot. i genuinely hope i never set foot in wataburger for the rest of my life. U guys are totally ridiculous get some real employees if u want to be taken seriously! Jokers!
Ordered to go: (Bixby location) The Patty Melt meal with grilled onions substituted w/American cheese. This was very disappointing. The Patty Melt was cold & dry & the cheese is not even close to being melted & the fries are old & cold. UPDATE: I took it back. No grilled onions were on the burger, but the fries were better.
The chicken strip sandwich it was not to my liking the tenders for super big problem they weren't cooked well enough but I'm not a big fan a chicken strips sandwiches but I used a coupon and received it free so no money lost I just would not purchase going forward I'll stick to what I love most at Whataburger which is their burgers especially the patty melt
1st time as I'm reluctant to risk eating in places. It was very clean from the minute we walked in. Great, friendly service. The food was absolutely fantastic. It's not a greasy pile of slop like 90% of fast food establishments. I highly recommend it.
A little slow but not an issue worth complaining about. Excellent burger made just the way I like. Fries could have been a less salty but otherwise they were hot and fresh.
It took 35 minutes to get my single sandwich not even a combo from the drive thru. No sorry or anything. Guy behind me was honking because it took so long. Food was good, no napkins though so made a mess on the way home. Will probably skip this location next time.
Danggggg… didn’t expect this many 1 star reviews. Food is pretty good, that’s if you get the correct order. Maybe 1/10 times it will be right. The wait times like everyone else says are horrible.. if you are bored, you can easily waste 45 min in the drive thru. Management is non existent and no one knows what to do or they are standing around doing nothing. Gonna give 2 stars just based on food. Won’t be back.
