Fries overcooked could barely chew them. If you see they're over cooked why not throw those out and make a new batch? They're careless here.
Burgers are really good! The cooks are great at this location. These were my fries tho, past two times I’ve gone they skimp you and just throw them upside down in the bag like they are five guys or something. Both times I’ve gone the guys in the drive through have no manners. So just grab your stuff from them and don’t expect any customer service.
First-time guest. Drove up from Galveston, TX.
Walked in with my wife to eat breakfast. My wife needed to use the restroom, so I went to order for us. However, the restrooms have combination locks on them. I asked the female at the counter, "Can you give me to code to the restroom so my wife can use it. " She replied, "we only give out the codes to guests that are eating here." I said ma'am, and I showed her my app in my hand, I'm going to order, but she needs to go to the restroom and while she's in the restroom I'm going to order our food. She looked at me and said oh. I said, "Never mind.We'll go across the street to McDonald's. Which is exactly what we did.
If we're ever back in the area, we definitely won't eat here.
This location is absolutely horrible to get your food at!!! I came here around 5:15 AM and ordered two sausage biscuits and two taquitos with picante sauce on the side. I went through the first window to pay for my order which was around $20 and some change. I went around to the second window to receive my food. They kept me waiting for my food for about 10 minutes. The lady opened the window, asked me to pull up more as so they can get my food ready. They give me my food when I look inside there’s two big burgers and two french fries!!! I returned those food items to the worker. As in her face being the most Unhappiest worker being there. By this time, it is already 5:50 AM and I have yet to receive my order. I asked to be given a refund worker Said it would be in my debit card, knowing that I gave her cash for my order.
This Whataburger is an absolute nightmare to get your food at. Worst customer service I’ve had multiple experiences being here and all the workers are the most unhappiest to be there they’re lazy and their attitude is just the worst!!!
The food might good, but that hand soap they have at the toilet ruined my meal, I went to the toilet before eating and after washing my hands, that bitter smell of the soap stick on my hands, I could enjoy my meal, that smell of their soap stayed around all the time and made my food taste horrible.
Just parked and put my number in (curbside), in less than 60 seconds. Ashley came with my food with a friendly smile and politely gave me my food. WOW! this is the fastest I ever gotten my food! Usually it takes 20min to get it but Ashley…. She is fast, friendly, awesome customer service! Whataburger! Treat her well! Not so often you get an employee rare as her! She keeps a smile for every customer she interacts. This is what every customer expects from any establishment.
I was dashing and I will always remember her name madyliyn or however you spell it, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. She threw my DoorDash order onto the counter and not even asking if I had that exact order. She was rude disrespectful and just lousy. NEVER AGAIN. Rude people. Long waits and especially her I’ll rather deal with somebody else.
Ashlie was so sweet and thoughtful towards us while we waited on our mobile order. Its rare to find someone who actually enjoys working in the food service industry. She acknowledged us knowing we were waiting longer than estimated, and made us smile with her warm personality. She is a rare worker to find. Thanks for making our day Ashlie! ????
