I'm not sure what issue the food pepper had with someone earlier this morning or possibly before, but I don't feel that it should've been taken out on me. I got off of work this morning from night shift and wanted to grab a quick breakfast before heading home. I've never had any issues with Whataburger in the past, but this particular location took whatever hate they had, and gifted me with the abomination you see in the pictures below. The one unwrapped was rolled so small that a roll of quarters would be considered bigger. Ingredients separated. Cheese not melted. And the edges of the tortilla could be broken off and used as projectiles. This is the first time as a Texan I've ever had anything bad from Whataburger across the whole state, but this place finally accomplished that. I hope whatever is going on there gets corrected, whether it be mgmt, or the workers. I work less than a mile away and do not plan on going back anytime soon.
Headed out for a shift at the hospital and when I arrived at work my chicken biscuit was burnt.. I smelt it off once half way to work but didn’t think anything of it but when I came to open it it was burnt. Why would they give someone a burnt biscuit which even smells burnt. I was not fixing to U-turn when I have a 12 hour shift. I took a bite to see if it was still worth eating and nope. So disappointed. There goes my breakfast and possible lunch
This is the best location I have been too! The restrooms were spotless and smelled clean!! The food was very hot and delicious and the staff was very friendly!! If your in the area definitely stop in!!
I just had top five best patty melts of all time. The sauce, the juicy patty, and the butter on the toast. What a delight. I’m literally not even done with it. It was that good. I deadass had to write this midway through. Makes me want to hang the wrapper off my living room ceiling like I was retiring its jersey.
The location is convenient, but the burgers are perfect when you need something filling and greasy, there's really no other way around it. Good food, chill and focused staff, and one time my car died at this location in the drive through line, and no one got stressed and they just worked around me until we got out of the way.
Always a great place to eat a hearty burger! This Texas-born crowd pleaser has been around forever and I love it. This is a clear cut above a McDonald’s menu. Everything is cooked to order so don’t expect them just to scoop a burger out of a drawer… the custom prep takes a few minutes so sit back and chill
Update: 03/06/2022 You might ask why I keep going to this Whataburger.... well simple answer is that it is the most convenient location for me. Anyways. So I get my usual, biscuits and Gravy. I get to my office on Sunday morning only to see that the Gravy is half full. No, I did not take any out. The Gravy is like that because of the way I was carrying the bag. I just don't get it. How hard is it to do your job right? But, at least the biscuit was decent.
What's right is right and wrong is wrong. And this my friends is just wrong.

Update: OK. Bought 2 more biscuits and Gravy and they were actually OK. Yes biscuits were a little hard around the edges but everything else was fine.

For the second day in a row, my biscuit was overcooked, hard, and dry.
Our experience has been one of satisfaction. The food is delicious and the people who work there are kind and considerate. They do their best help with any customer issues.
