First time eating whataburger, I say if I am comparing to other fast food (not all food) it was very good. Fresh, hot and tasty. Patty a bit thin but the staff was super amd offered suggestions. Bacon was cooked and quality kind. Like if mcdonalds and Wendy's had a baby!
Unfortunately this visit was not the best. Burger definitely overcooked. It was right after lunch rush, but I would not have served this to a customer. Unfortunately I didn't have time for a remake as it was offered. Would have rather had a credit, but not offered. I may just find another location to visit. I still am a diehard Whataburger fan.
It was good, But the bacon doesn’t taste LIKE bacon, But the chocolate chip cookie needs to be a little bit melted just to be good, but the inside and the advertisements are cool! Just have some changes for the quality of the food to be 4.5 stars
After a long day of work Whataburger in Los Fresnos never fails!! Andres and Clara are awesome!! They ALWAYS get the order right!! They ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE AND TREAT ME AS A WELCOMED GUEST!!! THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS HARD TO GET THESE DAYS!! HOWEVER ANDRES AND CLARA GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE GIVING THE BEST SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMER!! THANK YOU!!!
My wife and I had dinner. Our burgers and fries were totally great and on point as to we ordered them.
I walked in to buy 3 gift cards. Was at counter about 15 seconds. Got a basic hello. This Whataburger is always quiet. You never hear a leader speaking in the BOH. Unfortunately, nothing special at this Whataburger. Might get huge smiles at Stars compared to here.
Picked up some tacos for breakfast and the service was fast. The place was very clean. Our tacos were very good!
As soon as I walked in, I saw three employees in the restaurant. No one acknowledged me; they spread out like flies. The cashier came over to the front desk but did not acknowledge the customer.
