Ordered salad on line, sat in designated area eleven minutes after I was notified order would be ready between 7:16-7:19. When I got home the lettuce was limp and hard to chew.
The drive through line took 30 minutes no joke, when I got to the window the order was not even complete because someone forgot part of the order. And then once I got the order they forgot ketchup and napkins. I realize this is not Chick Fil A, but please do better.
The people are very nice. They were extremely busy. I upsisized my meals, but my fries and rings were med. However, I didn't get charged for the upsize, so that isn't a big deal. And I ordered onion rings on one and got fries, but that wasn't a huge deal. Like I said, it was extremely busy. And the service was extremely nice and friendly. I find that mistakes like this are normal when it is as busy as it was. I am still impressed based on how large my order was!!!!
I had to wait 5mjnutes for someone to even come to the register to take my order and It took 15 minutes to get a cinnamon roll!!! Ridiculous. Everyone was just slow moving not caring about the 7-10 customers waiting at the counter for their food. It’s called FAST FOOD!!!
Came in there for breakfast. I ordered the pancake meal with butter and ketchup for condiments.
As usual, the tray that was brought to me was missing items that were listed on the receipt. No butter and no ketchup and as always, I go a fork but no knife. So off I go to get my missing items. I was told that they didn't have any butter. If the would have told me that when I was placing my order, I would've taken my business elsewhere.The coffee was also cold.
The cashier was unapologetic and could have used a kinder way to hand me the knife.
Anyway, I'm done there.
We ate here for lunch on a Sunday while traveling. It was right at noon. We got fries with our order and asked for them to be crispy. Unfortunately, they were not crispy and in fact were a little bit limp. My burger did come out with the correct toppings so that was good, but my bun was pretty squished. I had to scan my app QR code three separate times, so that doesn’t seem to be working very well. Overall it was ok, not great, just ok.
Stopped by while traveling for a quick meal. Ordered a standard meal item. It took 25 minutes to get my order. There were only about eight people there at the time.
When traveling and looking for a quick stop do not stop here if you want your food under 30 minutes! I stopped here in the past and it took just as long. The burgers are rubbery and cold! Can’t understand why it took so long! The fries are hot and amazing, best part of the stop.
