I was at the very last minute for breakfast. I absolutely love those jalapeño breakfast biscuits, I was down to the last five minutes, I called and said” I am down the street, can you please save me a jalapeño sausage egg and cheese biscuit?” Needless to say I was so excited and very content with my breakfast this morning ♥️sorry but this is all that’s left for the picture lol
I want to take time to recognize the amazing service at this location. The managers Madison and Cheyenne are nothing short of amazing in their leadership qualities. Not only do they provide fast and friendly service, but they go above and beyond with a standard that exceeds customers' expectations in quality and high value of service, making every visit a joyful experience. Thanks again for the amazing service.
I prefer this Whataburger over any other Whataburger in Tarrant County, the customer service is great the people are friendly they get your order right the first time. If there was a mistake which there are very few they are sure to fix it in a friendly manner. Your order is always fresh very neat and well put together the store is always clean.
I had a curbside order today and the operating partner ,Madison Richesin, of the store came out and delivered my drink and let me know my order would be here soon. She was so sweet and started up a conversation with me! So nice of her to take the time to talk to me for a few minutes!!
130 am, and this place is hoppin, steady flow of people coming to enjoy a good Whataburger. You'd think that a steady flow of customers would keep the burgers freh and the fries hot, it was actually quite the opposite, fries and burgers tasted like the were made at 8am and sat to be served at 130am, stale and cold... this isn't the only Whataburger that has this problem... what's happening, Whataburger?
The drive-thru is always so backed up. We could barely understand the person on the speaker. We had to pull up and wait almost 10 minutes for our breakfast, which was lackluster as usual. Why is there always a problem here?
This is 3rd time been there in the past year and always order onion rings..........NEVER get them ....always French fries
I stop here several mornings per week. The food has been consistently good. The service has always been outstanding. I believe the morning manager really has his act together.
