I come here often. Tonight i witnessed the best customer service I’ve seen at any Whataburger in West Texas. And I travel a lot for work so it’s saying a lot. The young lady helping me was super great at giving me updates on my order. She was asked several questions by several customers and handled everything with care and precision. Super profesional. Her name is Evelyn. I asked before I left. Awesome.
Went in this morning to grab breakfast. Unfortunately I was not able to order. I stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes with employees all over the place and not one person even said a word to me. 2 managers walked by as well without a word. I finally said as a manager was passing by me, I wonder if anyone is going to help me. She looked at me and continued to walk by. So I turned around and left. I called as I was in my car and a manager answered. I asked if they weren't helping customers who were dinning in. She said yes and I explained my visit. Her excuse was the person working the front counter was washing the tea container in the back. So my question is, if you have 1 person working the front counter and they step away, why is nobody else able to help customers? Even managers weren't assisting customers. So I took my business elsewhere. This is a busy location and it was 10am. Drive thru isn't or shouldn't be the only focus. Some customers want to dine in. DO BETTER
So I was about to give a one star review because I came here, waited forever in line and got home only to find out the orders were completely wrong. I was pissed. I decided to call in and talk to a manager and a younger guy by the name of Michael Camacho came on the phone, said he was a supervisor. He listened to my issue, went out of the way to listen to me vent and then make it right. That was about the best I’d ever had a negative situation dealt with. You guys need to make sure you keep this guy because he is awesome and the only reason I’d come back. Thanks Michael.
Very nice staff and ordering was fast considering how busy they were. Fries weren't very hot and bread on burger was a little dry. Love the tea!
Speed of service is slow but food is good and employees are great ????
Placed a mobile order through the app at 4:12 it said it would be ready at 4:22 I go inside at 4:22 and they said it wasn’t ready. I didn’t get my food until 4:55. The entire time the cashier kept trying to get them to make my food but they didn’t until they started being rude to her. The manager stood there and did nothing and didn’t even try to get me my food that I had waited so long for. The manager sucks and did nothing during that whole time.
Anybody that says this is a good burger is crazy hands-down, the worst hamburger joint on the planet I had the center Claude of iceberg lettuce on my hamburger and a literal cup of jalapeños in the center. It was a joke, nasty and disgusting. You could tell the Patti and cheese have been pre-cooked way before it was put on a bun and if they say that it wasn’t they are lying
We come here everyday. Sometime the service is very disappointing ???? but for the most part it's OK. I really dont like the new remodel they did. It's very unwelcoming and uncomfortable to dine in. They seem to always be closed for some type of repair to.
