Food was made fresh when I arrived, even ordering on the app. Fries were crispy, and spicy chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection. Dr Pepper was cold and not overly carbonated. Would definitely be back.
I live by this location and I’m so lucky I do. They’re always friendly on the drive thru speaker, the food is always fresh and made correctly, and they utilize both lanes to try to keep the cars moving. Best Whataburger in North Dallas!
This is the worst Whataburger in Texas. No communication at drive in. 15 minutes waiting on burger, onion rings and a salad, because they ran out of onion rings and had to thaw? Then they didn't even give us a full order. Don't waste your time, this one stinks
Outstanding fast and friendly service on drive thru. Burger has plenty of toppings. Strawberry shake was refreshing. No wait for apple pie even this late at night. Employees seemed to enjoy working together.
I stopped by Whataburger on my way to work. I ordered a lg coke and cinnamon roll. The guy who had taken my order was a bit rude because of him not being able to hear due to the loud traffic. The cinnamon roll that I ordered was hard as a brick. I could not even use a fork to dig in. After I got to work which is 5 min away I put it in the microwave thinking it woul soften up, Im not sure if it had been frozen and they microwaved it to fast or what happened but it was disgusting. It was not edible at all. So I trashed it and will never visit that location again. I am very disappointed ????
Ordered on the kiosk to order to make it easier but when I got my burger I asked for no onions no tomatoes and add avo but it came with everything I didn't want and not the avo I wanted. I then told them about it and they took my burger and picked off the onions and tomatoes in the back and forgot to take a good chuck off....
Today I couldn't speak my order , due to the drive-thru employee interrupting me with a question before I'm finishing my (very small) sentence/order.
Would have been fine if she had actually heard part of what my order was. She's like,
Do I want a drink with my # 12 ? MAYBE IF I ORDERD #12 .
&
What sauce for the kids meal?SAID NOTHING ABOUT KID MEAL.
WATERBURGER , Rush-hour isn't about how fast employees can take orders , if their thinking so fast they can't shut up and listen to what a customer is ordering.
This girl will be great at running around the building picking up wasted tomatoes, lettuce, or onions that someone through out the window because she couldn't shut up long enough to hear them.
She was abrasive and rude and made me worry about the quality of my order . We did not eat the food given to us & will be going to a different location now. Also, the time before this my stuff so cold the chez. wouldn't melt. Was good food , now bad food and employees.
Food has the same good quality you're used to.. the service at this location is better than others in the area. Atmosphere??... it's Whataburger on the corner of Forest & Webbs Chapel!!
