Floors have been very dirty. Kitchen is super messy on the floor and in between things.. People seem nice though. So that’s good. But always check your food before leaving to make sure you got everything. It has a weird stagnant water smell when you walk in.
Yeah, if I could take a picture of what just happened.I had to make my own is because you people forgot to add my eggs in my food.
no matter what shift I come visit this location they are always on point with my order. I know I’ve complemented the manager once before and I will continue to give her the props she deserves for the team. She runs the staff here hustles more than any other location under pressure. They do not crack. Tonight was very busy and the manager on duty at 8:45 did awesome. I usually have to order my food ahead of time. I have a newborn baby so I rarely can sit down and eat, but they have never messed up my food at this location.
Stopped on our way to Lubbock from Eagle Pass. Very clean and well maintained! Customer service is great and well mannered. Kids love the burgers and the fries. Always a quick stop to fill up. Very clean restrooms as well. Recommended it!
I went through the drive through, sat there at the window for at least 10 mins if not longer, and when I got my patty melt finally, it was completely cold. Nothing fresh or hot about it.
Just made me mad. For the amount of time I had my truck in park at the window I figured I’d at least have a fresh burger.
Place is disgustingly dirty. Toilet has not been cleaned in days. Tables were unclean and garbage cans filled. Our food order was incorrect and forgo salad dressing. Management of this Whataburger must be asleep or non-existent. I will never go back.
I have been chanting that New Jersey needs Whataburger for years. It's not that we need any particular help in eating large portions of addictively delicious food. It's the customizability, endless fancy options not available at McDonald's, and the plethora of sauces. I accidentally grabbed spicy ketchup, and wasn't even mad. Not to mention, the fries are like when McDonald's gets them right - you don't get stuck with 1/3 of them being inedible.
Trying to consume that entire #2 double meat burger meal as a skinny Jersey girl was an endurance test of my jaw's ability to chew. I got the meat sweats.
It. was. awesome.
They messed up our order. My gravy bowl wasn't even full I got the chicken strip. My husband's burger he asked for light mayo and extra onions and they put way to much mayo and no extra onions. They redid his burger and fixed it right
