Waited at least 45 minutes for food we never got. Asked for a refund, and it took at least 10 more minutes to get it. While waiting for the refund, the cashiers were telling customers that there was a 30-45 minute wait time. Unfortunately, nobody told us about the wait time.
I ordered some hamburgers through Uber and everything was fine, except that they didn't put ketchup or straws, some fries without ketchup don't taste any better. You should be more careful when reading the orders.
I'm not sure what's going on with the burgers now, but the last two times I've ordered at night, they have been extremely salty. My wife and i had the #5, and I had a hard time finishing it. My wife couldn't finish her burger due to the saltiness. It's disappointing because we loved eating here.
My entire order was wrong. They forgot my barbecue sauce for my chicken strips. I ordered a burger with no pickles and no onions and I got both on my burger. The fries were cold and stale. The gravy was watered down. The spicy deluxe chicken sandwich had no cheese or bacon even though it’s supposed to come with it. Overall very disappointed and will not be coming back to this whataburger location again. I would rather drive to the resler location even though it’s farther from my house.
Curbside pickup had no problems with . Used the restroom and realized I don't normally see pics of the restrooms on a review and it was pretty clean considering time of day Nd volume of customers
Food is consistent and service is friendly and fast. Atmosphere is not as nice as other whataburgers. More sketchy people here it seems like.
Definitely customer service has had an upgrade. Whatabutger well done and well executed. Food was delicious, warm and tasty. Service thru drive thru was quick and easy. You can never go wrong with a visit to Whataburger.
Man I almost threw up in my mouth. They were gossiping the whole time I was at the window extremely loud you could hear it when the door was closed. This will be MY LAST TIME GOING HERE FOOD WAS NASTY AND UNDERCOOKED
