Terrible really, you order a coffee that they are promoting and they tell you there is none, you get home and find a breakfast sandwich like that? The employees won't let you go get one at 8:30 AM because they are cleaning? Seriously!!!
For your health, do not come here, apart from the terrible service, zero communication between the staff and not to mention the manager on duty.
Ordered a burger with cheese and pickles only, dry and received a bun with mustard, tomatoes, pickles and cheese, no burger!!! Also gave me a vanilla shake instead of chocolate. Won’t be back to this location.
Clearly always on point. This location is very reliable and consistent. Open 24/7 and the food is always hot and good. No cut corners so you will get what you expect. One very good habit is that they always get the hot fries and shakes last so it is always freshly made
This location is very well kept and has good customer service. The food was made to order and was made as requested. You can't ask for much more out of a fast food establishment.
I have been here well over 20 times, and in a very literal way, my order has been wrong every single time. Anything you order beyond a basic entree or meal, will 100% be left out of the bag. It is so unfortunate that this is the only 24 hour place so close to me, but it is definitely worth driving further away for an even semi decent dining experience.
This is one reason why I don't do fast food. No mayo. I don't like mustard or ketchup on my burger. My burger is a mess look like something u would give an animal. Your need to step your game up. I just wast money for my dinner all I can eat is my fries and drink my shake. Never ever will I visit this location when I am in Austin Texas again.
KURT ran my food out to me at curbside during lunch and my goodness he is just the sweetest man I’ve ever met!! Thank you so much Kurt!! Keep that big ol smile on your face, you’re doing great! This man needs a raise!!!!

Our visit to this Whataburger was perfect! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The owner, who was incredibly friendly and nice, personally welcomed us and ensured our dining experience was exceptional.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant was welcoming and clean, and the staff were all attentive and friendly. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.
