I went to Whataburger at noon. Went through the drive thru and order. Very nice employees at both windows. Took maybe 5 minutes and the food was hot and delicious. Will definitely be back
Good folks working hard. The joint is clean, the food is tasty. It's a Whataburger and you get Whataburger stuff, but you get it from hard-working, clean folks with good attitudes.
Easy enough to get to, decent parking, pretty much what you'd expect that way.
I ordered my food before work sat there for 15 minutes plus only to find out they gave my food to someone else. Then they had to remake it again and waited for a bit longer. This is not the first time i had to wait a long time for food. But it is the last. Now I got to speed to work so I won't be late. The only reason I came here today was because the train was blocking me from going to the Crosby location where I get my food on time all the time..
The last two visits were awful! We ordered on their app both times, and the food was not good. The burgers were dripping with grease, and the vegetables were old and barely had any on the burgers. When you pay $13 plus per meal, you expect to enjoy a little. Whoever jcasy is with whataburger is rude and definitely laking in customer service!! Food and Service, as well as follow up, was awful!
Better cancel all your plans for the rest of the day if you want to eat here. Service is so slow every single time I come here. Not one to complain but this is bad

Went in there to eat and an employee was in the restroom beside me. She had used the restroom and didn’t was her hands when she was done. When I told the manager she decided to tell me that the employees don’t wash their hands when they use the restroom because they have to wash their hands when they come to the back, so it doesn’t make sense for them to wash their hands twice. I decided not to eat there smh
Unfortunetly I have to update this review. I placed a curbside order and waited 20 mins before I went in to ask about my order. I then waited almost 10 mins before asking someone else about my order. Finally came out, I noticed my extra fry was missing and my salad did not have the extra cheese I paid for. I received my fries, and I received a small container with what I thought was extra cheese but it turns out it was cherry tomatoes, at this point I was already home. My kids chicken strips were chicken nuggets. Not sure if the salad containers have changed either but they were smaller in a rectangle shape with very little lettuce. This night was very dissapointing and I dont think I'll be frequenting this location again. I do want to say that the staff is always nice, besides me hearing vulgar language a couple times.
