Excellent service on a busy Saturday night and deliciously spicy green chili burger n honey bbq chicken sandwich.
Burger was great, took forever to get through drive through.
Was made to wait at the counter to order for over 9 minutes because they were trying to “catch up” from drive through (when I was walking in I saw 4 cars in the drive through line, doesn’t seem like too much). Got to listen to employees communicate, seems like they were overwhelmed and stressed. The only guy that seemed to stay calm and have a smile is the guy on the fry station. Took another 14 minutes to get my food after I sat down. Fries were not salted (they said they ran out of fry salt). A few tables in the lobby were not wiped…
I went on 6/10 around 9:30pm. it took about 20 minutes to take my order and then 20 minutes to receive my order. When I received my order, I received a RAW sandwich and with pickles after asking for NO pickles and my fries were old. I thought since I waited so long, my food would be fresh at least, but I was wrong. I reached out, but no one has responded.
Better than McDonald's. Best burger I've had since being in Tucson. Only problem was they had a whole bunch of flies swarming around us. Would go again but maybe a different location.
I just want to say thank you to the woman who was working the drive-thru tonight 09/22/24 around 11:00 pm tonight, I didn't get her name and it's not on the receipt but both lanes were super packed she was the only one taking orders running inside and outside back and forth all with a smile on her face and super kind. You are amazing I appreciate you thank you.=)
I never ever do reviews!! This is my first review ever!! I went this morning to get me spicy chicken meal and 2 taquitos! Mid day I had finished my Dr Pepper wanted some left over ice open the lid to get some ice and the drink had mold in it! I would like corporate to please reach out to me this is very disgusting!
I just went through the drive thru and the guy took my order down without any problem which was good. But once I got to the window the boy started handling me my drinks without a drink holder. I asked if they had any and he made me feel as if he didn’t want to do that small extra step. I told him if he gives me one I can put it all together myself which he did. But he was trying to hand me all the drinks really fast but I wasn’t in a rush so I took my time. Then once it came to handing me my food he gave be all 3 bags at once. Again I don’t know what his rush was unless he was about to get off work soon I dunno. I wasn’t given any napkins, ketchup, or straws. The burgers were made messily and the fries didn’t seem fresh but rather cold and dry. There just wasn’t no fresh taste.
