Always great. Slightly got the order wrong. Deduct a star. In their defense, they were getting slammed at lunch time. Vero is a fine representative for your company. Hope is a great employee and genuinely seemed to care about you.

Food is hot and fresh. Service is always pretty quick. However, they should power wash their parking and drive thru area regularly for the amount of people they service. It always is kind of dirty.
Did an Uber eats order, a kids chicken strip meal and a shake. They forgot the freaking chicken!!! So upset!!! Of course they will refund but dang I was hungry. I wanted the food. I still had to pay for delivery and tip.
This whataburger has a different manager and crew every day. The problem with that is that each manager has a new set of made up rules and policies. I ordered a bacon and shell egg on Monday. The taco was great Tuesday ordered the exact same thing, and the taco literally 2 TABLESPOONS of egg on in it. When I ask as to why this new manager made up a story saying this is how it is supposed to be made this is their policy. I stated this is not true, and finally she said she would remake as if she was upset about it. I used to work at the whataburger corporate office, and I know she was lying. It use to be a good whataburger store.
This is the worst whataburger I’ve ever been to in Texas. Out of the six times I have visited this location, they have gotten my order right once. There is always something missing. There really needs to be a manager checking orders before going out the drive-through window because the kids that work there obviously do not care. I have also tried ordering inside and my fries were missed. Like come on, I only ordered a medium drink and medium fries. Very frustrating
Drove thru so I didn't get to check the atmosphere but the drive thru experience was great! Friendly staff and got my order correct!
OPEN 24 HOURS!!!! After 6 hours in the emergency center at the hospital, we were hungry. We had just been wishing something would be open, but this being Tomball, we figured we'd have to go home and cook. Lo and behold, as we exited onto business FM249 from the hospital a 24 hour Whataburger! Pretty good burgers! The patty was rather thin for the bun, but a very unique and tasty burger. Really good sweet tea. The boneless Buffalo wings were fresh made, steamy hot, and a good normal serving. We will be going back. Oh, all went well at the hospital, praise God.
