Ordered spicy chicken garden salad with apples, cranberries, tomatoes and onion. Polite and knowledgeable workers.
It almost makes me cry how good the people are that work here are. I came in the store from the heat yesterday with extreme chest pains. Come to find out my heart rate was almost 130 beats per minute. I sat down and I could not get up to order a drink to cool down. There was an employee on break, and I asked her if I give her money if she could buy a drink for me, and she did. My heart rate went down to 128, and then down to 126, and then down to 86. She needs to be recognized for saving my life. It's very difficult living outside and the people that work here are all always good people to every single customer and guest. GOD bless you good people. Thank you for helping me get my heart rate down and cooling me down. Thank you.
Also, sometimes they blare the music so loud you can't hear the phone right next to your ear, and sometimes they make it so cold inside the restaurant that you can't eat food comfortably.
The meal I ordered 3 times a week at a location 10 minutes from here is nearly double at this location. Mt food was canceled. My husband food had so much sauce that he could barely choke it down. That aside the staff was very polite.
They are always great, food is good, never have any mess up but I went tonight and ordered a jalapeño burger with only lettuce and mayo and they forgot my jalapeños.. no hate but please reminder to put small things like that on it..
Horrible! Worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to, took over 45 minutes to get my food, and my friend waited over an hour and ordered before me. Fries were awful, multiple peoples orders in our party were wrong. When my friend who waited over an hour finally got her food, it was the incorrect order. When she asked for her correct order she was just refunded and never got her food. Never go here!
If i could give a 0 i would. What haopen to chicken strips. These are smaller than McDonald's nuggets. So not worth the price!!
All of the employees I encountered were attentive and pleasant. I ordered a Whataburger Jr with grilled jalapenos, no mustard, mayo instead, and all the usual veggies. The food was ready within 5 minutes. They asked what kind of ketchup I wanted when the food was ready and gave me plenty. My burger was made perfectly. I couldn't believe they put two tomatoes on it and lots of the grilled jalapenos. It was delicious.
Ridiculous. Ordered on line for drive thru pick up. Order pick up time was 1140 to 1146.. 1216 still sitting in line, no one has brought order to us. Only one line open for the drive thru. TVE night. Be better prepared. This really isn't your first rodeo with TVE and/or Friday night.
