Whataburger Store #1358 on E. Fillmore St. I'll just open this review by saying how amazing a staff member named Chyanne R. is at this store. She was doing the work of 5 or 6 employees and always with a smile and a thank you: she took my order, ran to get the Sweet Ice Tea made for me, delivered my meal to my table, then hurried off to get a mop and clean up a spill in the dining room all the while taking orders and checking on every customer in the restaurant! I would have given Chyanne a raise right on the spot if had the power! Exceptional customer service. My meal was hot and delicious as always and has not changed since I was in High School in Midland, Texas. Unfortunately, a lot of unhoused folks live in the neighborhood and frequent the establishment, making lunchtime a bit sketchy and extra clean-up required from staff. Overall, a 5 Thumbs Up experience but the atmosphere is not, and not something Whataburger can control. The premises are sanitary and very ADA compliant. But I might not pick this store as my Go To Whataburger.
First time visiting this chain. Ordered a single cheeseburger with avocado and bacon. Like most fast food restaurants of today, the bacon was very thin and it's taste, virtually non-existent. There was very little avocado and -like the bacon- couldn't be tasted. I thought the price was a bit excessive, but I must admit. The meal (with medium fries and drink) was actually filling. The fries were mediocre due to being a bit over cooked. The drink, a medium Sprite, was the largest medium I ever had.
Like everyone ahead of us in the drive through, we had to wait a few minutes for our order. I was told that this was because the burger was prepared when ordered and not sitting under a heat lamp waiting for me to order it.
If you can deal with the price (NOT totally unreasonable) and the wait (NOT excessive) and want a filling burger meal (the bacon and avocado NOT withstanding), I think you will enjoy this company's offerings and, overall, I would recommend this place over most fast burger joints.

This location gave me the wrong order, something I'm allergic to. When I called 20 mins later after discovering this they acknowledged still having my correct order sitting there but refused to refund my card and told me to go back to receive a cash refund. That is ridiculous, I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank and referring this company policy to every consumer watchdog I can possibly find

This place is underrated. The large drink is massive. The whattaburger is delicious. The fries are tasty. Workers were clean and polite as it should be. Recommend for sure.
Never had a bacon cheese burger with the cheese on the bottom. Nor have I had the bacon yaste like metal ????????????♀️ onion rings and vanilla shake were good. I will give it another try but order something different.
They were very attentive when we walked in despite having a mobile order, they wanted to make sure someone had helped us! Also were able to make a change to drinks even though we mobile ordered! Super friendly
One of the cleanest locations in the fast food industry I've been to. The bathrooms were also very well kept, stocked and smelled good. The service was also outstanding. Sylvia and the other manager were very very attentive and had great customer service skills.
