Best WLM Reviews
This location has a busy drive through business. Love going here because dining room is less busy and more relaxing than most. Staff is courteous and attentive. Very clean. Employees constantly bussing and cleaning tables. Managers are friendly, on the floor, training. Very visible and on top of the operation.
We went in for breakfast for some reason Gabriella our server was taking our order was being very rude to us. I’m not sure why she was mad today, but hopefully she has a better day next time and is a little bit nicer to the customers. Especially the elderly
Im not even from corpus, stopped in simply outta need to get back on the rd.
EVERY WTBURGER IVE BEEN..
NEVER EVER EVER EVERR gives me my PURCHASED order half way decent, much less looking like the picture on the menu board?
The ONLY consistency is that of a sure to be smashed, falling apart cold burger.
Is it a thing?? Are ALL the cooks schooled to smash the burger after it is built..I kid you not, they ALL do it??
I have paid less if not the exact amount with a much BETTER quality in taste, appearance, service and atmosphere.
at Chilis. And they offer different food..
Wtburger is a BURGER spot??
Meaning..you would think they would have it down to science??
Save your HARD EARNED money folks..
Chilis burger has them
BEAT HANDS DOWN!!
Didn’t give me my fries & won’t answer the phone great management
Excellent place. Very nice workers. One of my favorite places to go to out of a few whataburgers. PS every now and then I see a Karen here ????????♀️ please don’t. Go home with all that. Lots of regulars like myself like coming here and we have no issues like ever. Most of the employees are young and handle orders as best as they can. With all the short staff everywhere.. they are doing great here. Thank You,Regular Customer ????
The staff at this restaurant went way in beyond today for my first time coming to cc Whataburger I been to three of them here but this is amazing and great customer service great vibe all the staff are all smiling the whole shift ???? thank you when I come back to Cc I would make sure u stop here
Waited 10 minutes in drive thru while cars were passing in the other lane, tried to get down to pick up my order and the doors were locked so I called and spoke to Robert who said they would bring out my order when it’s ready, waited another 20 minutes and the cars who were next to me in drive thru were already leaving, thanks for nothing and making me late from lunch, wonderful 10/10 experience……..
Burgers are not bad. Curbside service is not good because the employees take way too long to bring out your order sometimes forcing myself to exit my vehicle to go inside to remind them that I have been waiting for my order for over 15 minutes all the while drive thru vehicles are going in and out. All I hear is that they are working on it. This has happened several times
