Get some breakfast over the drive-thru ????
The maple butter biscuits were very good, but the mini hashed browns were very oily and over-fried. I recommend not having overly high expectations!
LGBTQ+ member here with high praise for all the staff at this Whataburger on Thanksgiving evening 2024; especially the manager.
My friend and I approached the entrance and were immediately meet by a group of not-so-sober men who began to harass us outside (no doubt due to my gender nonconforming clothing.)
We entered the establishment and the men followed us in and continued to harass us. We did our best to ignore the men but then something amazing happened.
They stopped.
I realized that the manager had stepped in and had made it clear to the men that their behavior was being monitored. I don't know what he said to them, but whatever it was I felt so protected by that man!
Then the other people in the establishment followed his lead and they were all watching the men like hawks. They created a safe space for me and my friend and I cannot thank them enough!
To Whataburger corporate: If y'all could do something special for the staff working on 11/28/24 @ 4:50 PM for what they have done, they totally deserve it. The receipt says Jason C. was at the register (he was a very kind face for us while our nerves were running high.)
And I don't know the name of the manager but, whatever he is in charge of, he needs to be put in charge of way more stuff.

Came to Bama from Michigan saw my whataburger, was so happy to be back... but then my service was rude, my burger was cold, fries were cold and old. It was disgusting. Not impressed for how much it cost.
Jay and the whole team are absolutely amazing. I recommend this restaurant as a 10/10. Ms. Jay answered my call at 5:00 am with a happy attitude and assured me that everything was going as planned with my order. I asked Jay if she was a manager and she said " no ma'am". I believe she is management material.
Dirty, filthiest I've seen and a fairly new location. Many employees sitting around where garbage overflowing, deplorable bath rooms and dirty tables while food took forever
It's difficult to review chain restaurants, but I'd say this one meets the Whataburger standard.
The line at the drive-thru was decently quick at the time I went (~11pm-12am).
Food was great, as usual.
Staff didn't forget anything.
Upon entering the very clean establishment I was greeted and Malik was friendly and helpful in taking my order. He let me know they had everything that night. Located close but not in the way of freeway, I will return to this location upon doing another road trip.
Service was a little slow and order taker at front counter was kind of dry. Food was ok, i got a BOB. Egg was very UNDERcooked. Other than that, potatoes were great, meat and bread was fresh and very good.
