Chyna was very pleasant and helpful. She's got great customer service skills. The food on the other hand is not so great. This was our first and last time eating at Whataburger.
The burgers are fine but won't change your life. We tried the jalapeno cheese burger, sweet and spicy bacon burger, onion rings, fries, and banana pudding shake. I was surprised at how flavorful the cheese was on the jalapeno cheeseburger since it was just American cheese. The jalapenos were probably the least spicy I've ever had (not complaining, but if you're looking for heat, this ain't it). The bacon had a very strong flavor as well and became overwhelming after a while. The onion rings had a good flavor and texture but could have been cooked longer to get them a little more crispy. The banana pudding shake was the best part and was really good. Overall I'm glad I tried this, but I can't see myself going out of my way to get it again.
I don't typically write reviews but given the hype around Whataburger, here goes....I requested for sweetener for my coffee but was given sugar, the hot coffee was filled to the top and spilled on my hand. The time I waited for the order was relatively too long (over 15 mins). Please work on accuracy and speed of your employees.
This Whataburger does not follow their slogan. Food was not fresh, fries cold and raw, burger cold, chicken tenders taste like they been setting out all day. Then on top of that I got a totally different burger than what was on my receipt.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Whataburger’s drive-thru for breakfast. Typically, I visit for dinner, mostly for their delicious apple pies and the grilled cheese from the kids’ menu (I love how they toast the bread).
But let me tell you, their breakfast is a game-changer! When I saw they had pancakes, I had to try them because the picture looked so much better than the other hamburger shop. The bacon was delicious, and the pancakes tasted like they used real pancake mix. I don’t know if it was Aunt Jemima or Happy Jacks, but they were amazing, with a little crunch to them. For the price, I was in heaven.
You’ve got to try their breakfast—even if you’re not a pancake person. They also have a sausage bowl with real biscuits, eggs, sausage, and hash browns. The hash browns are unique, like finger-type hash browns, and they’re so good.
Whataburger, you did an excellent job with your breakfast!

If I could rate this establishment higher, I definitely would. Staff is amazing, patient, and helpful. Customer service is top notch. Table service. The food was fresh and delicious. Prices are competitive and affordable. The dining area was very clean and spacious. Wheelchair and handicapped friendly. The bathroom was also very clean. What a selection of food! It was hard to decide, for me, and will keep me coming back to try more. And Ohhhh, the shake! The White chocolate raspberry was delightful. Yum! Thank you ❤️
Great burger for fast food. Been really excited for one of these in our area. It's still fast food, so don't expect some majestically special food.
The Dr pepper and strawberry shake were both great.
We also got a triple cheeseburger, a regular cheeseburger, and chicken sandwich.
Chicken sandwich was kind of plain, but we go for the burgers. Fries were nice and salty too.
Personally, just always been a fan of this chain.
Also, expect a bit of a wait since it's new and there's quite the line.
I've heard a lot about how good Whataburger is and I finally had the opportunity to try one.
It did not disappoint. I ordered a single with cheese and all the fixins. It was very tasty and tender with the right amount of condiments. It came with a box of fries that were hot and salty...yum!
