WHATABURGER is so GOOD????
Got the new blaze jalepeno burger and it was delicious.
Ordered jr burgers for the kids and they were great too.
Hot food and excellent service.
These people just do not care about customer service anymore. Last time visiting there the order was wrong, missing food, smashed up as if the cook was having a bad day. Poor employee attitudes.
What a shame, I have always loved Whataburger and I worked at a few for 5 years when they were ran properly!
Ordered meals on line and got to the store and had everything wrong ????I asked for extra mustard since I am allergic to mayo! My whole burger was drenched in mayo! And another burger got my extra mustard, they clearly didn’t want. People undermine fast food workers and this proves a point! It’s real simple and you take a risk with people health. Train better do better!
If you're a delivery driver, take this into consideration.. When someone places a delivery order, they don't receive the order until someone accepts to pick it up. Once that's done the order is sent to the kitchen. When a driver arrives they've only had it in the system for 3 minutes before you get there. If the order has chicken it takes 8 min to cook be prepared to wait. Quit complaining about waiting for the order, you don't work there, go get a different job.
I love Whattaburger, but will never return to this location. I was the second person in line and after 10 minutes I had to leave without ever getting waited on to go back to work. I wasn't even greeted by any associates.
Drive through is a wreck today. Waited through a full line behind us only to be the last one standing and then stuck with no drinks. Literally pulled us to the B lane and was forgotten about. The food was cold. Thw fries were stale. 1/5 star experience
we waited 30 minutes for a mobile order that had been placed 25 minutes before we arrived. they had us pull forward in the drive thru and i went in after 15 minutes, believing they may have forgotten. i understand, that happens. i was then told the person who took our order never actually checked for it, i went to grab our receipt, then was told they did have our order, but it had been pushed to the back and not worked on. after receiving our order, it was missing food & all condiments that had been ordered. we have given this location multiple tries and after this one we will never return, it is always the same service & drastically slow speed.
David prepared our Burgers..and they were delicious!! He was very friendly and caring.! So glad we stopped at this WhatAburger!! Thanks again David !!
