If you like your burger a certain way do not stop at this location. My simple order no onions, no lettuce, was entered as no lettuce only onions.
If this was a teenagers first job I might be sympathetic, but this was an adult...
We’ve been to several locations of this restaurant so, we knew what to expect.
Fries were fresh and hot and perfect! The employees were super nice. Dining area and restrooms were super clean.
We enjoy how they deliver the food to the table so people aren’t crowded up at the register or you have to listen to hear your name called.
Idk if there are new employees or what. But it’s getting worse. We don’t get any sauces we ask for, the coke is just carbonation ???? We never order sweet tea bc it taste like soap and is usually sour too. The fries are cold. The chicken tenders are cold. I never get ranch. The girl was rude. I keep coming back and it’s not getting better ????
They very rarely get my order wrong, which is nice. If it is they fix it with no issue and service is moderately average to quick. The food is what you would expect for fast food, however they do offer a good variety. The price is reasonable as well. Overall, I enjoy my visits, although there are times the fries are too salty or not salty enough. Also love the decor, wish I knew who the artist was of the paintings.
* BEWARE * (READ ENTIRE REVIEW) This experience was weird from the start. We ordered 4 chicken strip baskets around 6:20 pm on a Thursday evening. The drive thru attendant questioned our decision because they only had 4 chicken strips made at the time. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant that didn’t want to make food on their menu at dinner time?!? When we pulled up to pay we received more attitude for ordering dinner I suppose …but needed the dinner so waited for it to be made which didn’t take very long but upon arriving home to eat said dinner the gravy was water and inedible. The sweet teas were hot with no ice. This transaction was over $45 so felt it needed to be addressed here publicly so others don’t make the mistake of ordering dinner from this fast food restaurant. They don’t want your business it seems.
***I’m editing this review to add that ALL 4 of us became ill after eating this meal I believe they sabotaged our dinner and I think people need to be aware. We were visiting the lake from out of town and staying in a lakehouse nearby like a lot of others do in the area and the public needs to be informed of this.***
We went through the drive thru and ordered. Lance took our order and made sure he had everything right. When we arrived at the pickup window the staff was there waiting with a smile and took our payment. The service was fast and accurate. Everybody had full bellies and a smile afterwards.
I have kept count on how many of my orders online and in person. (10 small single order just for myself)/(3 orders for 4 people) and they have only gotten 1 order correct out of 14. ????????♂️
I live near by and am not extremely picky. That's the only reason I still go But I figured I would leave a review just the forewarn everybody else that you have a 95% chance of getting your order wrong from this Whataburger
Always great service and Kathy N is always friendly and helpful. Food is always hot and fresh the way it should be!
