I went through the drive-thru so can't speak about the atmosphere.
I ordered the patty melt, onion rings and white chocolate peppermint shake.
I had only eaten at Whataburger one other time and was not impressed. I thought I would try again and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great.
The only negative was that the wait was too long.
1st time here! Excellent food! Excellent service! Kim was our customer service rep (order taker) and she was awesome! Brought our food to the table and checked on us multiple times. We will definitely find another whataburger on one of our trips to eat at.
Excellent food at anytime!! And also for us good people that can't have sesame seeds! This is the place to be!

Ordered curbside at 11 p.m. on a Sunday & they showed all out! This is the best Whataburger I've been to thus far. Included all the sauces & EXTRA then they got everything right the first time.
My wife and I never had whataburger before (none in our area). However when we saw a location on our road trip, we knew we had to stop here and try it. And oh boy were we happy that we did!! It was one of my top favorite fast food experiences. My wife can be a little picky; however she loved it as well. If we were traveling through here again, we would stop here again for sure. Outstanding food and pleasant service!!!!
Standing in line for over 30 minutes while the one kid working ONE register at the counter did EVERYTHING other than taking orders. His actions were unprofessional and lost this business several customers.
Key words - fast food. Staff was working hard with a full drive thru line. But managing customer flow was a complete disaster. Many left for Waffle House.
Do better with staff training, Whataburger.
AND! Got a very simple order wrong.
Cook sat in our face and answered his cell phone while he was making burgers and fries. He also did not have on gloves. Asked for a refund when I saw this before they made my order and the manager said they don’t know how to do refunds I would need to check with day shift.
After the first day of Comic Con 2022, my family and I stopped at Whataburger. We choose the drive - thru. It was a great day, but we wanted to get back home for some pool time. Our drive was about two hours long, and we just wanted a quick bite to eat. Well Whataburger gave us a big delicious bite baby! We ordered the jalapeno burgers, the double Whataburger with cheese and the southwestern burger, drinks, and and vanilla milkshake. Now all shakes are not created equal, but this one was not too runny, not too firm. Like Goldielocks said, it was just right. Our food was fire! I even scraped the cheese off the paper lol! The service was polite and quick. Our first time experience was good! Check them out y'all!
