I ordered a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich and they forgot both sauces. This isn’t the first time this happens in this location. This always happens in this specific location for whatever reason
I almost always swing by this location for a late night snack, and the person who takes my order is always very accommodating and helpful. I ordered the good ole green chili double however, they forgot the green chili. Also one of the order of large onion rings was half full. Miguel mentioned to bring in the receipt in to get another meal. Thanks Miguel.
Great location. Amazing customer service. We did have a food issue last night. They fixed it today. However, the oil is bad. The taste is bad. As I former restaurant owner, employees can smell bad oil frying. I just didn't want to complain again. This definitely is not the Texas Whataburger experience I expected or hoped for. In Florida they say Texas has the best Whataburger. It has all been lies.
I ordered large onion rings and this is how I got them...half way full in box...also they were all burned like they just gave me the scraps from the fryer...Thanks alot...????
I typically order for curbside or drive-thru from here. I wanted to praise the team working today (28 July). Wanted a shake, but the machine was broken, and they felt so bad about it, the staff wanted to make it up to me. Thank you all for the cookie even though I couldn't get my shake :)
The food takes a but longer from any Whataburger, and this one is on-par for speed. Never had an issue of missed items, and never any issues with quality.

We were just passing through El Paso and decided to try it out per my son's suggestion and we ate inside. All of the crew were courteous, attentive and kind and not rushed like I would experience in a fast food chain. I liked my food and everyone else enjoyed theirs too.
Very salty patties.. I remember when the beef patties in the burgers tasted like pure beef patties. Well, I had a whataburger with cheese and the pattie tasted like it was soaked in salt water overnight, cooked, put between two buns and was served to me. I used to love their burgers, but something had changed. Its not my favorite burger anymore.
