I am an Uber driver and this place is constantly causing us problems. It says it will close at 3 o'clock in the photo but they don't let me in. It wasn't even 3 o'clock when I came last time and they had the same problem. We are not dogs, we are humans and we need to work but we can't work because of people like you.
Went to this location and ordered two meals with large fries. The fries they gave equal to small size fries. They didn't even crest the top of the cup. I am very disappointed in these practices from Whataburger.
Excellent service. I can't for the life of me remember the person's name that waited on me, but they were awesome. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They had glasses and dark hair. Thank you for such great service. (I know it was a Sunday and it was busy and they were very patient with me.)
The food was good as it usually is, buy the counter service was very rushed and seemed split between too many areas. Also, the cashier couldn't tell us what was in the pepper sauce, nor did they bother to try to ask another employee or manager. These things should be known or at least accessible due to food allergies. I ran multiple restaurants, of every style over my years and this one could stand to do better.

I want to give a shout-out to one of the employees at my local Whataburger. Every time I visit, I notice one worker who stands out from the rest. She carries herself with a no-nonsense attitude, no unnecessary chit-chat—just pure focus. It’s clear she’s the hardest worker in the room. Watching her move through tasks with determination and precision, I can tell she’s got a bright future ahead of her. Her strength and dedication are unmatched, and I genuinely believe she’s destined for much bigger things. Keep an eye on her—she’s going places!

Do they not make sure their employees can read before hiring ?how do you. Mess something this simple up and stop had the Audacity to still make me wait long
So sad to say the coffee at this location is horrible. I have ordered coffee with my meals for many years but recently they are serving old overheated coffee. I want to warn coffee lovers out there. Whataburgers coffee is not the best choice anymore to order coffee. ☹️. Food is still good but lacks the extra fresh ingredients. The lettuce and tomatos are a little squishy. ????????
Tonight I waited in line B for my order while 4-5 cars went ahead of me. After asking the food runner to speak to a manager, Eddy a fruity manager comes out and has no empathy for the horrible wait times and was very rude and abrupt. It’s just very sad for a Texas staple to employ such horrible customer service then put them in a leadership position when there’s clearly no accountability taken from such person. It was very obvious if I was treated as such being a customer I would HATE to be working with Eddy on a day to day basis. I hope you take my comments into consideration for your customers and more so for the amazing team that you have on hand otherwise.
