Tonight my family had an emergency. My mom fell and broke her foot. We had just left the hospital, and decided to stop by Whataburger. When we arrived, I ordered two cobb salads but no tomato, and no carrots. The manager Mr. Cruz, got on the head set and let me know that they were out of the salad mix and only had the prepped ones, and unfortunately I am allergic to carrots and tomatoes as well. I actually appreciate the fact that this gentleman took the time out to be honest and not risk my health by just picking those out. He then went to the back to check and see if he could possibly find any and he did!! I had no issue with them being out, I was going to just order something else but this gentleman took the time out of his day too think about his paying customers. Then when I had drove to the window too pay for my food, after I paid for it they realized I was only rung up for one salad, he fixed it and gave it too me anyways. I really do appreciate the kindness that was shown too me and my mom tonight. You hardly see that kind of attitude and kindness around here. This man and the crew he had tonight really deserves many blessings. We had just had a really rough evening and they made it so much better by just being kind.
Always love the onion rings here. I love being with people that I love and care about me. Food is always delicious and service with a smile l.
Ordered online while sitting in parking lot. Got to the window food was cold asked manager to make food fresh he came back in 3 minutes saying it was fresh and it was still cold. Wouldn’t recommend nobody to go throughout the night because it isn’t worth it. Customer service is trash and they don’t care
LC Container eats here a couple times a week as it is a great go to spot for breakfast or lunch or dinner. There’s always plenty of options that meet all our needs as well as dietary restrictions. The customizable menu makes things easy for us to pick and choose what we want, and don’t the staff is always eager to help and give us plenty of support.
Don't use delivery if you want your food within the hour ???? also when I got there to get my food, it had almost been a full hour and they pull the bag up from under the counter like I'm supposed to just take it and go home....like really? You're not going to make my meal fresh? They did give me some more fries after I asked for some hot ones. But I went home and warmed up my sandwich. So sad Whataburger.
My son's first time eating at Whataburger and he loved it! Can't say enough great comments about the experience. Thank you is in order. As far as recommending, WE highly recommend the Whataburger in Jacksonville Texas! Kid friendly, clean restrooms, lobby immaculate, enough parking and handicap parking and accessible. Thanks again!
Place was good burgers where old patty was either over cooked which I dout it or was setting for a while
Food was fresh and tasted great. Customer service was great. My order correct . DRIVE thru moved very smoothly. Will be back.
