Just received a recycled order that cancelled by a different deliver company that was over an hour and half old! Ticket says 6:43 pm and I received it at 7:57. Not ok! Plus I didn’t receive the correct items. Will send pics if requested by manager.
They are so friendly here! The lady who took my order recommended that my chocolate brownie be warmed up. She brought it to me after I finished my burger; she was right: it was warm and delicious!

I’m not usually one to rate a fast food restaurant but every time I order takeout, they never give me the sauces I want. It’s up to my delivery person to check my stuff, but they have a sticker on it so it’s kind of weird to break it.
But I never received any of the sauces I request. It’s honestly just really annoying. So definitely request your sauces when you’re ordering from this place.
It’s happened multiple times.
I also did not get a straw. Super annoying.
I got food for my son on October 19 at 11:21pm and the drive thru cashier rude and she gave us like 6 fries in 1 medium fry and everyday the employees get worse and worse
Consistently the worst Whataburger I go to. Unfortunately it's the only one on my way home after I get off the late shift (drinking at the bar) and they have never got my burger right. I order a burger off the menu, it's not that hard. I've never had this burger messed up by other Whataburgers. They forget the mustard, or the sauce, or the bacon. I've never had the burger built correctly when I come here. Avoid.
It's always hit or miss here. Either the food is good and edible OR the burgers are soggy because they have been drenched with sauce and the fries are stale. I have also noticed that their soda tastes off, like the syrup is low. Prepare to be impressed or disssapointed.
Worst burger, not from the employees, the corporate recipe is FOUL. I ordered at a drive through with 1 car and from 3am to 3:30 I waited for a horrible meal. This is not for the staff, this is for the corporate. Do better. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING!
Just had the most amazing customer service by Nelly!
The food was great per usual, but what really stood out was our interaction with her. Nelly was incredibly kind and had an infectious smile. She really made our night!
