Been to this location numerous times because it is closest to me. EVERY time our order is wrong. I can deal with a few mistakes but our food is consistently incorrect. Last night my order was not only wrong again, but the portion sizes were ridiculous. Photo shows two of my 9 count wings that were almost pea sized. My partners grilled chicken sandwich has given a chicken filet that was only 1.5” wide and about 3” long! More bun than chicken by a long shot. Manager said this was standard, despite showing her photos on the WB app with the same sandwich sporting a full sized chicken breast. While she was accommodating enough to remake both our meals, I can’t say I will ever return to this location
1June2024 This was my second time in 2 yrs visiting a Whataburger and it was the same as when I first visited another location when traveling out of McAllen, Texas.
The burgers and cheese melt were good, big(like most food portions in Texas)we had no desire to finish it all.
Jazz took our order and she was super fam and welcoming. She made for a great take out order taker. She was patient and informative by explaining to my daughter(her 1st time at a Whataburger)what was on a patty melt and politely inputting what my daughter did not want on her patty melt. Fabulous experience over all.
Good service and good food. I used to be a GM for whataburger so I am always very crucial with how they run the branch.
Did drive thru, got home and was ready to eat.
Burger has no meat, just cheese, mustard, lettuce and pickles. Stuff like that just puts people in really bad moods, almost like it was a joke, watch this type of thing. Whoever did this is wrong. So not happy
When I walk in there it doesn't smell (like most fast food establishments). The employees are quick and communicate well ☺️. I've seen drive-thru go from 10 cars to empty in less than 10 minutes ????????
Quickest whataburger drive thru I've ever been through. Food was 11/10. Customer service was 12/10. Can't get much better.
I asked them for a burger with no meat instead hasbrowns and a large fries. they charged me for a meal and extra hash browns. the guy at window was rude says the girl is new she didnt know. need trained staff????????
Also charged for jalapeno ranch and didnt add one.
I give up on this whataburger. It's the closest one that I live by and every time I'm craving it I am dissapointed. The food is NEVER fresh, even if you do a custom order to try and get them to make it fresh, they somehow figure out how to get it out of the window as if it was sitting on a counter for an hour. Fries are always stale and cold. Never going back to this one.
