Whataburger located in Waco, Texas is amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food was awesome. This store was very clean. We will return to this location again. We highly recommend this location. Great job.
ordered an 3 piece tender just for the chicken to be raw, night crew is terrible at this location, give all props to morning crew bcuz night crew needs to do better. they are rude and very unorganized, management at this location is terrible. the little girl working the front act like she don't knowing what she be doing. this location all in all is just one of the worst in waco tx. they never have fresh sweet tea. they just throw the order together with any disregard all in all this location i would not recommend to anybody !
This place has got to be the most unorganized Service ! waited over 20 minutes in the outside lane for order of just a biscuit sausage biscuit and gravy get the order and it’s completely wrong! ask for a military discount and was told that they do not do military discount in the drive-through!!! My husband returned the food back inside to the counter and asked for a refund in which the girl rude unprofessional to the manager requested the second receipt proof of purchase when I walked into the store all the time the manager never came up and the girl kept going to back. She told me it would be refunded within 24 hours with no receipt in hand, I asked for a receipt she went to the back, came back out with a receipt that we had given her with a writing with an ink refund, no one signed it sign nothing needless to say this is the last time we will step foot in this place or order from this place. This service is very unprofessional very unorganized. And will never refer anyone to your services there
Almost left as there was one guy in line at the counter waiting when I got there and no help in sight. In fact, a gentleman who came in after me did leave after waiting with us a bit. Finally, someone came to the counter and took our orders. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal to go. I waited quite a while for it as well. There were many people after me given their food right away. Some of these were call ahead orders so I get it but not all. I was waiting on the side at the counter closest to the bathrooms. I believe that was my mistake. I noticed people were waiting by the kitchen were asked their number and given food. Once, I moved over there and was seen, they asked for my number "2" and was then given my bag that was sitting there. All and all the sandwich was fine. Fries were a bit soggy. The fancy ketchup is good. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location.
You know when I ask for easy on the ranch and extra on the buffalo sauce. I expect what I had on the order. Guess what this establishment does the opposite. Why do this to paying customers. All you are doing is bringing down this business and you wonder why your sales are decreasing. You got to do better. My wife loves this sandwich but may not want to get anything from this whataburger location.????♂️
Horrible experience! Took us about 45 minutes to get our meal for 4 of us. Nothing special to our order. Just 2 number 1 and 2 number 7's. First, they said they couldn't find our order. Than they found it and we had to wait another 20 minutes, so altogether waited 45 minutes. We were about to ask for a refund and at that point our order was complete. The manager never came out to apologize or the mess up of loosing our order!! Never going back!! Other customers were asking for refunds.
this place is the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had. SLOW FOOD LET ME TELL YOU. We waited over an hour for two french fries. Yup you heard that fries. Best part… they had five cooks in the kitchen. WHAT WERE THEY DOING WAITING FOR A REUNION?!? lost me as a customer. delete this place off the map.
I use to love to eat at this location but I will avoid it from now on. The restaurant wasn’t even busy and we had to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes. There was even a truck in front of us that decided to get out of the line even though they had already ordered.
When I got to the window they were quick to take my money but after that I saw them talking and laughing at each other and pretty much ignoring the eight car line outside. I even saw people inside standing up with receipts on hand provably waiting for their food too.
I don’t know what is wrong with this location it used to be good. After I received the food we drove home immediately ( 8 minute drive ) and after opening the bag we realized that ALL the food was cold. The cheese wasn’t even soft because of the cold temperature of the food, I had to microwave the food to eat it.
What a shame. I most likely won’t be going back any time soon.
