Absolutely amazing place with an even more incredible team behind it. This Whataburger isn’t just a place to grab a meal, it’s a place that feels a little like home. Being on duty, I’ve come here more times than I can count, and it’s not just the food that keeps me coming back. It’s the people. I’ve had the privilege to get to know most of the staff and management over time, and they’re some of the kindest, most hardworking individuals I’ve ever met. No matter the day, no matter the hour, they welcome me and everyone who walks through those doors with warmth and genuine smiles. When you’re on the job, exhausted, and just looking for a moment of peace, this place becomes more than just a restaurant, it becomes a refuge. To the team here, you are more than employees. You are the heartbeat of this place, and you’ve created something truly special. Thank you for all the memories, and for the comfort that goes far beyond a meal. You all are great people, and I’m forever grateful for everything you do.
I ordered it online order today and I called because I pacifically put grilled onions and I did not receive grilled onions. I received a regular Whataburger when I ordered a grilled onion Whataburger bacon Whataburger. Which my order wasn’t even typed up correctly the receipt looks horrible. I called. Spoke to an Asian manager was very rude and told me my order couldn’t be all wrong. My Cinnabon was thrown in a box upside down fries were cold. I asked for mayonnaise to be added on my burger, it wasn’t. I ordered a bacon. Whataburger did not receive that. I decided to call. They were so rude to me. The manager hung up in my face. Also had an employee answer. The phone wouldn’t give their names did not handle anything in a professional way before I could even tell them what was wrong with my order he yelled at me and said your order can’t be all wrong instead of listening. It’s not right and he does not need to have a job in that profession any longer customer service is a big part of what he needs to learn is not your business and even if it was your business, you don’t talk to people that way you find the problem you de-escalate the problem and you try to help but instead he talk to me , like I was ordering food there and I don’t appreciate that I will be contacting Corprate about this. I’ve ordered from this side of town plenty of times because I work here on this side of town and he is one of the most nastiest people I have encountered with there of the other staff. I did not have a problem with whenever I came to pick up my order me and my coworker have been ordering there all week. Never had a problem until today
Managers are trash. I got hired 2023. Never received a starting day they loose your info even if you completed there online training bullshit. The lady at the front counter harasses to much
No one in this store has any sense of urgency. Everyone is walking around like they have time. If it were up to me, I’d fire everyone here and hire people that actually give a damn. I’ll never eat at this whataburger again. Completely unacceptable.
I have been to this Whataburger on SW Freeway feeder road and Fondren. I didn't have issues with the food and service. I know it's labor shortage and inflation. I wouldn't mind coming back once things are cheaper.
Don't get me wrong, what-a-burger is a favorite of mine. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich with a DR P shake and a Diet Dr. P. (Could ease up on the amount of ice used)
Both pieces of meat were about 5oz, quite small for the bun.
I asked for ketchup for both orders and received ONLY one packet. Same goes for the napkins. Only received 1 napkin per meal but yet can wrap the sandwichs in 3 or 4 piece of parchment paper.
Service was great from the cashier Angle. The server and car drop person seeemed a bit overwhelmed.

I go to this Whataburger about once a week during lunch. I order on the app because the line can get long and it saves time. The cashiers are very friendly and often take time to talk to you and let you know what offers are on the app.
The food is always good. The restaurant is always clean. It’s a good lunch spot.
This place it's nice from inside, looks very clean and safe,lots of parking spots with 2 drive thru for faster services I normally take food to go but I was curious about inside and give it a try with Family.
Few months before the burger king was busy, no anymore ppl love this place bc it's new and they provided a good service and the orders always are correct with all the ingredients and condiments.
Inside is the problem missing food and all my order fries burned I told the same person who make the order for me and she just take my receipt and walk away few minutes later they just bring me a party that was missing in my burger.
It's my first and last time to eat inside.
