The cheeseburger was good. I'll try something else next time I'm in town.
I know the photo doesn’t do it justice but this location is consistently great! I actually prefer this location to all others in the Austin area! Got two Sweet and Spicy combos, extra sauce - and they were spot on.
Usually other locations charge for the sauce, and skimp but this place actually listens.
Mind you, I arrived at 8:45pm and the airport parking lots were packed! Drive thru packed! Still ordered and got out in less than 5 minutes. The night crew was on their game. Totally made my night after a long day. Dude at the window had painted fingernails ???? but he was cool af and funny too.

They refunded me after bringing my order out to the curb because they were waiting on biscuits, with no receipt. Been going to Whataburger for over 50 years. I get a birthday 20% off today. Weeeeeee. Whataburger has certainly changed with the new owners.
Good homemade tasting burger. I particularly liked the pickles and onions. They meshed well. Fries were salty and fresh! Spicy ketchup was a great suggestion from the cashier!
The food at this location was very delicious, however the service was not the best. Waited over 30 minutes for a single takeout order with many people getting their food that arrived after me. After getting the attention of the workers, it appeared that my order was lost and there was some confusion, despite the fact that I had been sitting next to the counter since ordering. It appeared that my order was mistakenly given away and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before flagging down another worker who then went in back and immediately brought my order out, some of the worst service at any location I have visited, but the food was as expected and tasted great!
Every time I come to this location the service is slow and the food comes out either cold or wrong. I work out near the airport so options are already slim to none. I was in a hurry and ordered a #13 didn’t check my food when I got it and left. They almost forgot my drink if I had not reminded them about it. I got my food and left without checking, that was on me but imagine how I felt after I got back to work and realized I paid almost $12 for 3 chicken strips with no fries. They forgot the fires how do you forget the fries??!!
I'm not impressed by this Whataburger. Over been to better. I would expect a better atmosphere near an airport. The desk is small and strangely located.
The staff is grumpy and not customer friendly. They asked me at my table if I needed anything (how nice) but never returned with my ketchup, do i had to get it myself.

I would like to start off by saying the night shift. Customer service is very poor.. They are very rude. The young lady, taking the order was very short with me while I was ordering kind of made me had that. Are you done yet feeling. And when I get to the window, there is a man and I had an issue with the order and he was totally rude. The two young ladies in the background were also very rude. I will be reaching out to corporate giving them the Full details. I would say if you go go in the morning or during the day. If you go at night, you will be treated like dirt on the bottom of someone’s foot.
