!Update! We have been coming to this location for a few months now & they seem to have gotten much better. I come here a few times a week sometimes for lunch or dinner & sometimes after midnight for some midnight munchies, the service now is pretty quick & usually hot, I have not had any mistakes on any orders since my last review . The have redeemed themselves. ????
......Came after here at 2am the food was good but I ordered the 3 piece chicken strips meal and I only received 2 and 1 1/4 strips so technically it was only 2 since I did not want to eat the 1/4 strip(looked like someone had already eaten it) and had no texas toast ???? and I love texas toast, I didn't notice till after i ate the first strip very upset???? Also the employees in the drive-thru were very confused they gave us our order then were going to charge us for another order after he had already handed us our food (he said " ok the other order comes out to...") we stopped him and said no we only placed 1 order. I'm not what was going on but I usually stop here for lunch or dinner a few times out of the month and had not had an experience like that before at this location.
First time at this location. Staff extremely nice. Cashier was friendly and smiling. There was a worker walking around picking up trays just like the old times. The inside was really clean. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. The seating was really cute and comfy. Our food was brought out to us too. Drink bar was clean and stocked too. Great visit.
Women working the drive thru was extremely rude. When I got my food I immediately told her it was wrong. She proceeded to tell me I don't know what I said but apparently she did so I was wrong, continued to argue with me and then walked away without saying anything. Another employee came to the window with my correct order, no apology for the rude service. I didn't not want free food, I just wanted my right order. I hadn't even opened the bag.
Overall, experience was okay here.
I would have gave them a five star rating, but unfortunately, the mixed up my mobile order with another person, resulting in a 20 minute wait time. I specifically ordered ahead so I didn’t have to wait on this.

Very nice staff. Something got lost in translation, with drink size, but they quickly corrected and let me keep the wrong one, too. I gave it to a thirsty colleague and made a new friend. Who got me lunch the next day - "whatadeal!"
Vanity had an absolutely terrible attitude towards my friend. I’m pretty sure she spit in our food and gave us the wrong order. She was throwing food in the back and cussing around children. Overall 0/10 customer service from her. The other employees were great though.
Update 11/13 - don’t bother picking up your mobile order in drive thru - they’ll make you wait at the end of a 6-car line as if you ordered in drive-thru.
Bill was very friendly and made the 10 minute wait for my mobile order I was already 15 minutes late for bearable. However, I’m concerned about the literacy skills of team members. See photo.
We ordered the family box, and the burgers were delicious. It's a fun idea to let the customers dress the burgers to their liking. Overall, the food was fresh and hot. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that in the middle of a rush with double drive thru busy and dine in busy their always supposed to wear gloves while handling food. NO MATTER WHAT. I know my order of 10 burgers may have been too much at that moment, but the manager should have put gloves on while helping the others with my burgers. I witnessed her handle my burgers with bare hands. I guess she had a feeling I was watching and had someone with gloves take over.
