The evening crew are too dammm good friendly service food made freshly with timely manner I very much enjoyed the food first time eating from Whataburgar and finishing both the ???? and ???? with a satisfying smile on my face. Big ups to the evening crew ????????
Usually Whataburger takes forever at night but for once it was fast and quick. Also the cashier at the window was very nice and polite and she helped me with a problem I was having with my app. Thanks to her I will not hesitate to come back. She made my night. Not to mention them meals hit the spot!!!
The phone app said that it was open 24 hours. Got here, and there's a sign on the door that says dining in is closed. Went to a different restaurant, and while I was there, my friend was here and said that they opened up the dining area at 7:00 a.m. If that had been on the door, then I would have waited.
I also took a picture of the landscaping. Whataburger cut the grass on half of the median, but let the other half of the median grow tall. What a petty organization this is.
Received an email for a free iced coffee with any breakfast entree. Says it doesn't expire until July 22nd, which is a week from now. However, when I try to use it, the phone app says no offers available. So why am I receiving an email to get me to come to this restaurant, and then when I get here I can't use the offer?
Lesson learned: Best to stay away from this place.
I stopped coming here in the mornings because the coffee was severely watered down. I then Noticed an advertisement on their drive through for "new coffee", decided to try it and I gotta say it's much much better, but unfortunately my cup was filled with coffee grounds lol
I was thought that if I visited Texas I must try this burgers, in fact they tested super good and they were big enough plus the drink was super super big compare with other places they have different flavors and time to get it done was pretty fast. Definitely the place needs an upgrade because it feels like if you're within an old stablishment.
I am highly extremely disappointed. Partnered with Uber to pick up an order but the principle of the matter is. Waited three employees are in the front and not one of them spoke or said anything but acknowledged the other person that walked in and assumed that I was helped. One person in driveway. And the volume of customers are not high. Also having a business degree not only doing Uber I will not expect that out of Whataburger need more better customer service in a better team.
The food here is always good, never like steryotypical fast food disasters, and while they are often crowded and are not the fastest, i’ve never gotten a wrong order after coming here 30+ times
Ordered a crispy chicken ???? sandwich combo and a cinnamon bun. Everything was good. Only thing the table was not cleaned when I sat to dine. The tea was also good not too sweet just right. Did not wait too long for my order.
