Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for our order. We live just 5 mins away. French fries were cold, stale, and rock hard. My son’s burger had NO PATTY. This should be unacceptable to give out to customers. Do better. This is trash. We will no longer eat at Whataburger ever again.
Fast & friendly service. Best burger for the price. Every time I drive through Texas I have to stop at Whataburger. Try the spicy ketchup with your meal. Overall, it’s great bite to eat if you’re pinched for time. 10/10
This is only my second time eating at Whatabuger and man they don’t disappoint. Burger was amazing, fries are perfect and to top that off with some spicy ketchup takes everything to the next level. I wish I had one of these back home, I would be here everyday.
We ordered an Apple & Cranberry Chicken Salad for the first time. When we got home this is what I found... As you can see my salad doesn't come close to what they said it will be. To make matters worse, it didn't even have chicken. All for $8.59!
I deserve a refund, but I doubt I'll get it.
Burger flavor was good but patty was very thin. The cashier was friendly. The drive thru line was slow, so not sure if there was a problem with the cars ahead.
Ordered the bacon cheeseburger meal with onion rings in place of fries. Food was very good, as was the service. Only atmosphere complaint, and this is just personal preference, was i didn’t care for the background music choice. Still my favorite fast food chain since moving to Texas.
As my family and i go here, the service is extremely bad. We go through the drive through in the morning and my granddaughter is almost always late at how the service is. The food isn't that bad but needs some improvement. The atmosphere is alright.
It's ashamed when the women waiting on Me gets pulled aside and chewed out. With tears In her eyes explaining how her paycheck doesn't even cover her bills. And she has to ask to go to the restroom. I'm not sure what the issue was, but to make an employee so upset in front of customers when she was nothing but kind to everyone. Yes I was pissed. She walked out crying. She had no vehicle and apparently no job. We all are having a hard time. Don't humiliate a person. Never go back there again
