When I walked in I was not greeted by the cashier (Stephanie) walked away from the counter to the back for a few mins when she came back up she had an attitude for no reason, she didn't ask if it was for dine in or takeout just put it as take out when she handed our food she rung us up for a extra apple pie when we only wanted one, hash browns were burnt and cold and we were missing a whole sandwich when I called her to tell her she missed a sandwich she had a attitude on the phone and I quote(Stephanie) "yeah we forgot it come pick it up" and hung up (This is by far the worst Whataburger I been too horrible customer service food was cold and they were complaining being there )
I will not be coming back to this Whataburger until they fix their attitude
(I usually never write a bad review cause I worked in the fast food industry also but this was so bad I had to)
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Online says they’re open 24 hrs. I sat in the line for 15 minutes waiting for any kind of response. And nothing. This place. Needs to update their schedule so people like myself could correspond. I wish they could update their google account and make things right.
They have great burgers and I can’t enjoy it.
Unfortunately they don’t don’t have the the audacity to make things right. Don’t ever come here if you’re Hungry and looking for a juicy burger.
How hard is it to make sure an order is correct. I say no picked. You mark it no pickle. And then I bite into a damn pickle. You don’t give me any ketchup at all after asking me if I want spicy or regular, and I respond regular. Ranch for my wings that i paid for, also missing. Soda also was flat. Whataburger QC is slipping hard and fast.
I showed up waited in line for 15min someone finally came from the back. Took a while before taking our order. A lady that was there before had been waiting on her food for 25 minutes. We waited for ours, it took 15 minutes guy came out didn't even say our name and left. When I went to go check for our order he had just left it near the drive thru window. To top it off the restaurant was a mess, very dirty and manager didn't seem to care. She came out several times when other customers complained but she didn't seem to care.
Long wait to order food, however the young lady taking orders was very sweet and very welcoming. The other young lady handing the orders out was also very nice and welcoming. The food, on the other hand, could have been way better. Fries were not fresh and I could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp. The veggies on the burger were fresh and the burger was warm, but you could tell they threw it together in a hurry. So it made the burger not so desirable, I had to put everything on it so I could eat it without it falling apart.
Usually when I visit Whataburger at this establishment, they have a person at the register handling their business; but on this day, I guess they were short, and service was not as quick as it usually is. Do treat yourself and go to this Whataburger restaurant, and drop a hint to others that lets others know whether this Whataburger store is declining in service, or is living up to the reputation that they usually do- which is good, and usually above your current expectations of what good service is.
Ordered TWO items online and showed up 5 minutes after food was supposed to be ready. Made me wait another 15 minutes and then told me there was NO coffee, which was one of my only two items. No point in ordering ahead of time and why offer coffee if they "don't have it" or are too lazy to make any??
They need real managers, fast and reliable workers. They are slow and when they give you your meal it’s cold after waiting for 10-15 minutes. SMH they need to close this place down and re open it with a complete new crew. Just go next door to Chick fil a you’ll be happier there.
