The food was great but they seem to be training a lot of new people. But they made it up to me so I'm good. The atmosphere through no fault of their own got very busy just as my family was wrapping up having dinner. A whole bunch of what seemed to be high schoolers in varsity jackets came in. they seem to have no concept of how loud they were talking. And the manager seemed to do nothing to correct how much they were bothering other customers by the volume alone.
I’m not very much of a person to complain… but the fries were actually horrible. I have experience working with fries and these really were the worst I’ve ever had… everything else was pretty good. Just whoever was on fry station didn’t care about the product they gave out. Here are some pictures.

They gave me a molded sandwich for one and when I called back to inform the rude and sarcastic manager at 10:45pm on Thursday March 28 - that I could not come back and bring the order right now, he told me to bring the food back tomorrow with the receipt, like who finna keep some molded food ???? be fr, they was very rude and disrespectful, and should all be fired, horrible management and employees
I would give 5 stars but it's the 2nd store I been too where the Dr Pepoer shake is still on the menu and they say they no longer carry the Dr Pepper shake! Then why still advertise it then, I think a free shake is in order lol
Sat in line for 25 mins, finally got my food but still couldn't leave because the car in front of me was still waiting.
Waiting in drive thru for 25 mins for a burger and fries is insane, your suppose to be able to be in and out hence the term fast food. Then, to have no way to get out of the line; especially when the food doesn't come out in the order it was recieved, ridiculous!
I expected a 10 min wait at most and planned accordingly, but what I didn't plan was waiting 25 for my food and another 10 for the car in front of me to get there's so I could leave. ????
It must have been someone's first day, so I am not mad, but I asked for two egg sandwiches (clarified for no cheese, clarified that they were biscuits) and I got two egg and cheese sandwiches (burger bread). Kinda laughable.
I came to this side of town to check out the Blue Bonnet scenery. On the way out, I figured I'd pay this old timer a visit. This whataburger location is very laid back. When I got in, there was a bunch of people all in front of lolly-gagging, or so it seemed ???? After I ordered, I asked to sit in. I ordered my Patty Melt meal with an extra patty, with a side of Onion Rings and Strawberry Milkshake.
After a few moments, food was brought out in a to go bag. Which didn't make any sense since I am dining in. Then, I had to ask for condiments and a tray. Not the service whataburger is usually known for. I looked past all of it since it looks like a teenager, and maybe he just didn't think it through.
I thought the burger came out great and juicy. Bread was toasted the perfect amount. Onion rings could be a little crisper, but Milkshake made up for it since that was fantastic. They just need to tidy up their services, and it could be higher on the rating scale.

Slow but acceptable
The server handed me tray and waved condiment tray i front of me
I said "ill take some syrup" as there was none on the tray
Server apparently did not understand ANY english so she waved the tray again
So i motioned for her to go away
Drank my tea and left the food on the table
Hard to eat pancakes dry
Lost $8.22 but did get a small tea
Bad experience
And no i will not go on your website or Facebook to repeat this observation
