Crispin was great to deal with. Ordered 5 meals and didn't notice I was short one till I arrived home. Called the location and he immediately knew why I was calling, "Oh yes, I'm sorry about that. It's right here if you'd like to come for it." No hassle as I got off with my receipt. He asked if I wanted anything for the inconvenience. Fast and friendly service.
I just came here and ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger, onion rings and a sweet tea. The food and sweet tea is all good. The burger is pretty messy as they got the sauce everywhere but it's still good. The lady who took my order and passed me my food and etc was really nice as well. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I literally had to wait 15 minutes for my food and was only the second vehicle there. Last night I was going to eat here but the line was so long and never moved so I eventually left. So time is definitely something that needs to be worked on here.
Spent 15 minutes waiting at the counter. Spent 15 minutes listening to the staff curse and swear. Nobody answered the register. Left without any burger. Don't know why this place is so popular.
Ordered 4 chicken tenders and a large diet coke. Waited in line for about ten minutes then drove home. When i got home i took a bite out of one of my tenders and it was completely raw. Called them and the manager tried to make it right by offering me another meal but I declined and just wanted my money back. I love Whataburger but will never go to this one again. Even though the manager was nice and apologized it seemed like it wasnt a big deal to them. Make sure to check your chicken
Not busy during the time of my visit. Was indecisive with what to order, Bryce recommended the patty melt. Left off the sauce and added pickles to bring out the flavor. Great choice Bryce!
I never write reviews, but Ywyborn’s customer service was awesome! Very thankful for people like him in the service industry. One of the friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met. He should be recognized by Whataburger for his outstanding service.
All I have to say is why does it take almost an hour for 1 item at night .. I only ever have problems at night when I’m just trying to grab food fast ends up turning into all night in a drive thru. Please get more workers or better organization.
They don’t take time to listen to their customers and just do what they want to I have been here 4 times and every single time I have been there it was trash at this point the one on leopard was way better and that is the ghetto
