I ordered a sausage breakfast bowl no potato and they let out the sausage as well I'm not happy! Their phones are not working so I can't even call I'm pissed!
The kitchen staff seemed very organised and knew what they were doing. I was in another fast food place about two weeks ago and I walked in and everybody was running around as if they had lost their heads but this place was what they were doing. I had no bad comments about the service the food or nothing it’s good to see these young people doing a great job, because I’ve been to other establishments where they don’t even know what they’re doing but let me tell you this when I do see a place like this I’m gonna tell people about it so if you want good food and good service go there and again thank you .
I was having a really rough morning 12/17/24 at about 8:20 am, went thru the drive thru this morning to get us food while we waited on a family members surgery. Angela helped up, she was the kindest and most helpful worker I have recieved in a while. Shout out to Angela thank you for making my day turn around.
We visited on 11/12. I do not live in Abilene or Texas, but am a Texas native and a huge fan of Whataburger. Dine-in service and the drive-thru was packed. We elected to order inside since we had a large order. The store was busy. They had 15+ employees working, one cashier working, and the dining room was dirty. The individual working as a cashier kept digging in his ears, playing with his hair, which had a hairnet, and picking at his skin. The cashier then proceeded to hand us, and other customers, cups using the same hand he used to touch his ear/hair/skin AND touched the open end of all the cups. This location is unsanitary and could benefit from process improvements on all levels. The shift manager yelled at employees, which was warranted, but they ignored him. Most customers in the dining room waited at least 30-40 minutes for simple orders of 1-2 meals per order.
I recently grabbed take-out from Whataburger, and as always, it was a fantastic experience. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful, exactly what I expect from Whataburger. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Even though I didn’t dine in, the atmosphere in the restaurant appeared clean and welcoming. Overall, it was another great visit, and I’ll definitely be back!
Went in for a late lunch on a Thursday at 1430hrs. Employees were polite and greeted customers as they came in. I was surprised at how busy they were, but they worked like a well oiled machine. They were very efficient and we got our food as we ordered in a good time. My better half and I honestly didn’t see anything negative about this location on our visit. Would not hesitate to stop by again if we need to visit the AFB again.
They were very busy but they were efficient and very friendly. The manager was on duty who checked me out and gave me my food. Reminded me of being at chick fl a he was so polite. Hot fresh food and very quick. Definitely recommend
We ordered on-line and we just parked recieved our food. A very young man with a genuine smile ???? on his face brought our drinks and then our food. We just moved parking spaces and ate there. Lots of people were walking in and lots did as,we had ordered on-line, received their food and left.
